You guys I am OBSESSED with organizing, especially kitchen-related things haha! I hope this video inspires you, whether you're a teacher or a college student. I thought about cooking something fancy and different for this video.... but y'all know that ain't real life for teachers so here's the basic food I eat on the daily. I love you guys so much! And you have to try the kind bars I mentioned....ohmahgawshhhh.

Hi Mrs. Call found your channel watching youtube while I couldn't sleep. I am a culinary major with a specialty in Baking and Pastry and for food organization in a ServSafe/food sanitary practices the way it is for ready to eat food like fruits and things like cakes and pastrues go up top and when dealinf with meats it is more arranged based on the minimum internal temp (what you have to cook it to for food born bacteria to reach the death stage) from lowest on top to highest (all poultry) on bottom though with your foods already being cooked this eliminates this factor though you want to let the food cool to near ambiant room temp before storing it. This is all based on what I learned in class so take some of it with a grain of salt.

Jessica Conklin okay perfect!!! So I am not crazy and did not make that up haha! That's exactly the way I thought you should store food. And thank you for mentioning that food should cool before putting it in the fridge! I learned this in my 20s and I should have mentioned it in the video but I didn't! I think it's so neat that you're a culinary major. Let me know if you have any fun tips or recipes please! 😂

Love that you made this video! I love being able to have a mini fridge in my room! Makes life so much easier when I can leave my lunches for the entire week, one less thing to worry about!

I love the basket on top of the fridge! However, what if a student went up to the basket? Especially when there is a substitute teacher covering your class?

Oh man, I wish we were allowed to have a fridge or a microwave. I warm up my lunch from home right on top of a radiator. By lunchtime it’s nice and warm. Love the organization. Would love to see some of your home organization systems.

How do you spell your name? My late moms middle name, and my niece was named after her. Her name is Maeleen. Ive never heard anyone with that name. My grandmother said she made it up. Great video btw. I subscribed. Keep up the great work!
