my mom is obsessed with stockings as well and she had 3 and a half for my stepdad and i at christmas this year. this year the half of a stocking was a christmas wine bag that contained the stuff that she bought and went overboard with last year. your mom is adorable and her personality seems to be cheery and makes me wish it was christmas again. :)
