Wow. I feel woefully underprepared after watching that! We travel light. We each carry a fanny pack. Jonathan's has his cell phone, GoPro, his shorty, the external mic, wrist mount, media mod, and the display mod. He also carries antibacterial wipes and his sunglasses. I carry my cell phone, GoPro, a shorty, small microfiber clothes (great when wet for cooling down on a hot day), SPF lip balm, and three contact lens cases filled with cream sunscreen. Oh, and a cloth for cleaning glasses or camera lenses. I usually hang the chest mount from the fanny pack strap when I'm not using it. I do think I'll bring our external battery to charge our phones when we go to Universal Orlando - that's a great tip! ~Becca

You may already be aware of this, but I wanted to share something about lighting issues with the GoPro. I was having similar issues where, when filming in bright areas, especially on a very sunny day, the footage on the GoPro was very washed out. Once I lowered the Max ISO, it improved. I have my Max ISO set to 800 and I heard that 400 or even lower (like 100 or 200) is better for very bright conditions. My Min ISO is set to 100. Also, I have the EV Comp set to -0.5. So you may want to play around with the Min and Max ISO settings and EV Comp settings (if they're available on the Hero 8 in the Protune settings). Also, what external mic do you use with your GoPro? ~Jonathan
