nice to see finally a new tooled version of this vehicle, the tamiya kit is just not doing it anymore. thanks for showing everything in detail, it is a lovely kit i might consider getting. especially for early war interested people it is ideal.
+Felis Barcinonensis O.k. Daniel...lol I really want to tell/show you my idea about that A7V we need to Skype or Hangout I would like to show you. I think you may like the idea.
Great in the box review. The Horch has that nice German box look about it' and it looks cleaner the the Tamiya version having the spare wheel inside the vehicle, I know this is a slightly different version. Thank you.
Great review ! One thing that you didn't mention was that this is the Type 40 body. The "ancient" Tamiya kit is of the early body. I recommend you get the Scheffer Publications book on German personal vehicles has full pictures of the car and it's frame and engine without body. it also shows several variations made for different usage. I converted the Tamiya kit back in the 80's. I'm definitely getting this kit !
+Russell Gosselin This particular kit Russ is just the open top. I looked on the ICM website and they don't currently offer one with it up but who knows? I would assume they will at some point.
usually we dont think well of Ucranian model companies (the other models) i mean the styrene ones... maybe they r begining to change they r molds and "fame". nice review Andy
