Kung reference mo ay sa youtube at sa movies na makikita mo oh lets say sa ibang bansa firefighting is different the policies, the needs are different our cities, suburbs are different they have to adapt to what we have so equipment wise has to adapt to. And fyi each fire scene has a scene commander hindi basta basta kumuha nang hose at nag spray nang tubig number 2 volunteer firefighters at yung BFP which is state run has different procedures but the basics and fundamentals are the same. well well, where did i get the ref. or info very simple boy just work in BFP before for how many years and kahit hindi m ako educate s fire or s ground i am very familiar with situation that is why i know there is no ground command and i assure you nobody and nobody in this institution or in the philippine knows what is meaning of Thermal balance in fire situations and where they can find this, you can goggle this but assure you nothing in the goggle it is by expirience, so i can tell any operation that no good communication to the scene, sorry to ask what is the pump capacity of this truck, again pump capacity nit tank capacity, because he did not mention.
