it's not just old fabric. that fabric is so you won't hurt your wrist or hands when you punch it. if you punch a bag with sand you can literally break your wrist or fracture it

When i was younger i used to own a punching bag myself. Me and my older brother always used to punch and kick and did whatever to it for exercise. Which means, he doesn't know the proper technique in order to use his boxing bag. On your case you talk about a PS4. This would change the sentence to: Why do you have a ps4 if you don't know how to use it? not if you are not good at it. He doesn't HAVE to be good at boxing but if he wants to use a boxing bag he has to know how to use it!

+What's Inside? You got a cheap sandbag there. The good ones have usually strewing (older ones still sand). This version is softer but if you want a real training sandbag, you shouldnt use that stuff.

So this is ground up mattresses and couch cushions and clothes and stuff. Its the same thing carpet padding is made of. The grinder blades have to be lifted with a forklift and as you roll them across a concrete floor it chips it up. I used to work maintenance in a factory that made carpet padding, it was pretty interesting.
