Thanks guys for this video! I am a resource teacher and when I talk to families about weighted blankets you have given a comprehensive review for families to consider. The benefits of a weighted blanket is astounding! I even have one in my car as I am currently dealing with PTSD and my panic attacks can overwhelm me. Just wanted you to know

Galaxy Gamers it’s very similar. Like a thunder vest, if it is going to work for you, you know immediately. It’s not something that takes time to get used to. I have found that if you are a person that likes heavy blankets any time of the year or wrap themselves up in a blanket at the end of the day, that a weighted blanket may be helpful to you.

I got mine at big lots (12 pounds) for 40$ their was one (15 pounds) at Walmart their was a 20 and 25 pound one for 70$ and at Walmart their is kids ones 6 pounds for 20 bucks target 30 and down 120$ and

I own one and use it in the rig. It also keeps you warm all the way down to zero degrees. Yes it does help you sleep more deeply.

I've heard of weighted blankets, but I never trusted that the claims that they're meant to be used for as well as why. This video somewhat changes that, but it's still something I wouldn't care to spend money on without knowing they're worth bothering to even use.

This is called a 'Bistra' its quite common in our region. Basically its a blanket used when the weather goes cold , as well as being thicc its soft and munshy

I love my weighted blanket, but sometimes I feel like I’m being suffocated. I got mine from Walmart and it’s great it really is. No uneven distribution. The only thing I hate is when I accidentally hit myself on the face with a square full of beads 😂

My great grandmother's hand made quilts weigh about 20 pounds. I LOVE them in winter. Sometimes when I was a kid and wouldn't get out of bed and my mom was doing laundry, she would dump the clean clothes on top of me when I sleeping. Same effect. I slept even better

I think that first blanket ,the pink one, is like a duvet and you have to tie the inside blanket to the corners of the outside part. I have one that looks like that one. It's definitely not the best but not terrible.

For someone like me who suffers from Depression and Loneliness for Decades, such a weighted blanked could be really helpful. Feeling hugged at night, even if its only a blanket, could make a big difference for someone who doesn`t sleep well or enough for many many years. Imagine not having experienced anything even remotely to a decent hug in over 30 years, what that does to a human being.

You guys had 75-80 pounds of blankets on your heads, and it was very heavy. It made me think about our heroes in the Middle East that regularly carry between 60-100 pounds of gear on them all day long. Of course, it's spread across their bodies, and not piled on their heads. Our solders are amazing!

I got a weighted blanket yesterday. It's a tranquility brand. It's 20 lbs and it cost 63 bucks at target. It does shift but it doesn't matter to me. I adjust it and it keeps me from moving. I woke up real good this morning. I'd say it was worth it. I could have saved money and go a sack and filled it with sand from the beach but that takes time .

Weighted blankets really help me to sleep because the Saturn sensation feels so nice on my body and it relieves stress because I have mental health issues. I have to kinds of weighted blankets, one for the summer when it is cold and one for the winter most times when I sleep because of how cold it is in Australia when it is winter.
