@@Noneblue39 they are past due. Here in Texas they are regulated by the state. The properties have to auction after public notice has been made to try and recoup their losses from non rent. Anything over the amount owed to the facility gets sent to the previous owner.

Being an Alto Sax player, I can say that Selmer instruments are very nice and high quality. One of the nicest brands of saxophone out there, and I also believe they are made in France.
