I ordered on March,2024 and online payment also done but did not get the product ,2 months over,just herbs is not attending the call,not replying to mail or WhatsApp,no tracking is possible,moverover there is no refund policy as seen in website,such a non responsive customer care,really fed up.Highly disappointed.

This is a fake brand i orderd 2 weeks before by spending 500 now they neither send the item nor replying to my mail i sent more tjam 50 mails and messages calleed did everything

Fraud and thieves, I ordered 4 months before, did not get product, did not get money back.. Not able to get in touch with customer care through whatsApp Or email or phone. Never experienced such a cheating

FAKE🚨🚨 In chat you say that your product was out of stock when I ordered and they said that wait for 5 days it will get ready and will update me the delivery date. But when I replied saying why it's not said before or while booking the product it's out of stock. So please refund my money. After that you have replied saying it's on the way and surprising that it got delivered within 3 days. So I am imagining that some used or returned product you have sent to me. Because while opening only I felt that the wrapped box looks like it was opened by someone. And when I checked some of the tubes did not have the liquid. So guys I recommend not to buy this product and need to report it's a fake business by cheating customer

@@hikethetrails2475 Mene ab Tak 7-8 baar order kiya hai just herbs se, usme ek baar almost 1-1.5 months ke baad ayi thi order. Baki times generally between 7 days to 20 days me aa jaati hai generally. Ek baar toh 5 din me hi aa gayi thi. I regularly use their products coz I like them. Lekin Mai Mumbai me rehti hu, koi aur jagah pe jyada ya kam time me bhi pahuch sakti hai order, koi door ki jagah ya koi village ya small town ho toh shyad 2 mahine bhi lag jaye. Pata nahi. Coz Mumbai toh bahut easy hai posting ke liye, lekin door ke places ko time lag sakta hai, for example koi mountain village me shayad bahut waqt lage pahuchne. I’m not sure
