That was great...actual springs 😂 My very old Nike Air tennis shoes just feel apart all of a sudden a couple if weeks ago. The air pocket inside was very interesting! The rest was filled with a strange type of foam. This channel is right up my alley...I ❤ taking things apart & discovering what's inside. My granddaughter enjoys it, too 😁
