Hello, I am just an aviation enthusiast, and was wondering why these sizeable (and might be heavy as well) QRH and circular files need to be carried in the crew luggage? Is not there a copy of these documents on-board for easy access to cabin crew in case a reference is required? And if these are for any time reference like for reading in off-duty hours, then why these are not in digital form like through company’s secured mobile/tab application? Would highly appreciate an answer. Thanks
