Coopers Hill Cheese Roll is one of those quirky British festivals that has gone global, with massive media attention every year and thousands of people turning up. Tetbury woolsack race just down the road is another hill that local people race, but this one they go up as well as down, and the result is less in the hands of the gods, and more in individual endurance. But does that make a fun festival?
