I have 308K on my 98 12 Valve. I just drove it from phoenix to the bay area and wasn't worried about it one bit. I wouldn't let the 320K discourage you to much.

I did the headliner myself in my 12 valve I have a video up on it, mine is a second gen tho.

It'd probably be cheaper to get a new or used tailgate that doesn't have the holes.

Get a first gen D350 auto sinlge cab. If untweaked those are great to mod

Got the mid range job for 1000 and they did a very good job on my cummins

hey man how y'all doing I would do the carpet and headliner myself put a confederate flag in the headliner or camouflage. For the Floor I would just rip out the carpet and line X the metal floor all over

With that big shop i would paint it myself. To do it right it would cost $1200 for all supplies, basecoat/clearcoat. White is the cheapest paint to buy.

If they are gonna use a good quality basecoat clearcoat system thats a fair price.

Do ALL of the mechanical's BEFORE any paint work. Line-X the whole Truck !

The best price I could find around here for a complete job( taking all the trim and windows out) would be $7500 to $8500.

I got the supreme and the paint was good they just did a lousy body work

If your going to put fender flares on it then why even bother painting it because they are what cause the body to rust above the wheels and don't line X the floor you would lose all the sound material if you want to get rid of the carpet put a rubber floor in it it will look way better and it won't rattle your teeth out of your head

you guys might want to go and get a quote from the place I get my body work done its a small little shop that is in Monroeville the place is pat of Meyer's. I trust all of the guys that are down there I have photos of the last body work they did on my tuck and my dads i think they sprayed the entire truck with straitening the entire truck for 1200 and put new cab corners and rockers for 1100. check them out there some great guys only ones I want working on my truck.
