🇯🇲 Nice interview Kay: very eloquent with anecdotes & generalized issues. However, doesn't react well to constructive analysis on her Utube channel. Can be rather unforgiving when her mistakes are pin-pointed & repulsed by any & every opposing views. Wish her well on her journey to maturity.

Carla is now a Gambian i follow her programs always. We are surrounded on three sides by Senegal except the Atlantic ocean. The country is divided on both banks by the River Gambia. Mangoes are grafted with other varieties. The most popular one is called"Jurr" very sweet and juicy. Colanuts are found only in West Africa, every ceremony is composed of it. In Mandinka is like " Fo Soma" Wollof is " Be aleck" Fula" Ha jango" that's the equivalent of bye.

Cola nut is yes as a sigh of respect. It is presented to respectable people as a sign of appreciation or honor. For instance if you’re seeking a hand of marriage to a girl, you present it to your in-laws, it can also be presented to Alkalo (village heads) when they offer you a land, maybe at cheaper prices. In the past many people got lands from village/town by just presenting cola nuts to the Alkalo as token of appreciation. Cola nut contains caffeine so Many elders eat it daily. My mum for instance. It’ taste bitter tho.
