It's not completely slow, HOWEVER it can't be compared to much more crowded and urban campus (sometimes even in the city's downtown area), like universities in Boston, New York, etc.
as somebody from the Bay Area, there's nice things to do! you can visit the ocean (~20 min), hike in beautiful forests (~20 min ) in half moon bay or pescadero, visit malls, museums, downtowns. It's probably like any other sprawling suburban area.
I really appreciate your opinion. Finally something that feels real :) the whole idea of the life feeling slow was actually a very valuable insight for me as I’m considering bw Stanford and other schools and prefer the fast life as well
Should we start applying to colleges before we finish final exams of senior year high school or we should apply after we finish senior year high school final exams???
As far as being a domestic student goes, you generally start working on college apps the summer after junior year final exams. You can do your entire application the week before it’s due…but that’s not a fun decision 😅
Not easy to enter but it is a great School but with a low percentage entry at about 8 Percent. Since the 2010s it has become easier especially Graduate Admissions for Sociology and Psychologym
That's a great university and i love it, I want to get there and chill and as I am a 9th grader right now I was just scrolling out and researching for the best future options and now this is my dream university! BTW, I'm an Indian❤, and proud to be that. That's all I wanted to say.
Hey you are inspiration💕 You really help me see all campuses sitting in corner in somewhere in world!😂 can you help me with SAT i have seen your past video about sat but can you please please please go for one more for those who have just opened this sat book by college board.
Yeah! Definitely stanford is one of the best university for computer science and soft eng. I hope i can go to stanford tour myself and talk to other students specially computer students.
Amazing 😍. I just wish I get an admission at a place which is as good as STANFORD or even Stanford too 😄. Thanku Bro for this awesome video. You're helping me alot in choosing me where to go for my MSc Artificial Intelligence. Thanks very much and keep doing the same. And please make a video of you asking the Stanford students on giving tips on how to get an admission there. It'd be awesome 😊 Regards, Hassan Anis.
Hey bro!! Thank you for the love. I’m glad the videos I’m making are helpful to you! I actually DID interview students about admissions. Turn on notifications cuz it’s coming soon 😉
Yep, totally agree. Stanford is too slow, that’s why I picked ASU :))) (that’s what I’m gonna tell myself from now on). Jokes apart, the calm at Stanford is deceptive. The Duck metaphor is very much at play here ... calm and placid on the surface, while furiously paddling underwater.
I actually really like that it's quiet and calm. I hate the city life ngl I like that its isolation and such. Probably not going to get in though so I shouldn't really considering those components anyway 😂
Hey, I love your channel and it's helped a lot... But you should probably post your videos earlier because the better they due the earlier, the more they get pushed. I'm no expert but that's my understanding
@@hafu They are in Lafayette, Indiana and their most predominant subject is aerospace. They have many different subjects within that topic such as aerospace engineering, aerospace financing, and even airline management. The reason I am asking is because Purdue is the school I want to attend. I am also interested in the University of Washington if that will help you if any.
Can you do interviews of Ivy League college's transfer students? I am trying to transfer from my college. And I am also an international student, so that'd be great if they're international student too😊❤
