Librarymom I don't believe there is another YTer who just does Drugstore (?) and anymore there is very little reason to get high end for the most part. You have the tried and true products you may always repurchase, but for the bulk of things you can get products just as good as high end at your local drugstore.

How do you pick which colors to mix when ur doing ur eyeshadow? I never know which ones to use together, maybe u can do a video on it if u have enough pro details on it? :) love the green u used in this, too

LOL! I agree! Many years ago I worked in a huge mall for 8+ years. I dreaded Christmas with every fiber of my being. It really put a damper on my holiday spirit at home. To this day I never shop in malls anymore, UGH!

I have very dry skin and usually use almay’s CC cream as my usual day wear foundation. (I tend to go pretty sheer.) I feel like with my dryness and light complexion..the new 40 spf foundation may be for me! Definitely want to try the eyeshadow palette and mascara as well! Thank you so much for the review!!!

I love their get up and grow mascara. It gives me amazing volume and pretty good length with just one coat. It’s just something about the brush that really grabs on to my lashes.

I was surprised at how pigmented the eye shadows are. I haven't had much success with previous Almay products, I always felt that they the were bad version of what drugstore makeup is. It seems I will have to look and maybe try some of the new products.

When I was young, i always thought Almay was an older persons brand of makeup. I never got any until Cvs spit out a coupon and there was an extrabucks deal. I felt "meh" about it.

I'm impressed by how nice everything looks! I wouldn't have considered trying anything from Almay if it weren't for your videos. I will definitely try these products, except the brow product.

I think Almay are completely rebranding so the concealer & blush aren't new products just repackaged. But I think I might give those new eyeshadow palettes a go, thanks for sharing all of these new drugstore releases with us so quickly :) x

I cannot stand peel-off brow products! They're always too warm, and they tend to rip out brow hairs. Not worth it at all. Drug store prices are increasing far too much for my liking. I downloaded the haute look app last night and bought several Kevyn Aucoin products for less than $15 each. That's more up my alley. I don't have a referral code or anything, so it's not like I have anything to gain from telling you guys about it. Go check it out 😊

Almay is the only brand from the drugstore I'll use their foundation (I use the clear complexion one but the tlc is good too) ... Truly great quality and an underrated brand !! Nice vid!

Thanks for the reviews! Almay is not usually a brand that I gravitate towards (just doesn't seem to be as pigmented or long-wearing as some other drugstore brands), but I did cave and get that blush because how cute it looks in the packaging! haha

Try the Almay 4-in-1 Blemish eraser foundation. I have it in Ivory and it’s my favorite. Beautiful finish and lasts all day.

I honestly love how the brow "baking" made them look, I'm a dirty blonde but more on the light side. I crave a dark brow like Cara Delive, but feel weird about it, sometimes I want to dye dark, like your hair so I can get away with it. You should consider making it a thing as weird as it seems. Keep doing you girl!

Nice review!! I can't wait to see how the eye quad performs. I saw it on Ulta, and it looks like it's all one color with 4 different finishes. I was tempted to buy the lavender one, but wasn't sure what the quality would be like.

That eyeshadow palette is awesome! While the Jcat palette would be a better deal, for travelling purposes, this one looks like it would be easier to take along. But no, that brow product is a NO-GO!!! Happy New Year to you!!!

I had a negative experience with an A!may color -adjusting product. It was a foundation that they still might carry. It imitated, rather than covered, my rosacea and acne scars. Arrgghh! My Mom, of beloved memory, used Almay products all the time, but my experience was not as good as hers was even though we had the same complexion. So, I am surprised that the tone-adjusting concealer worked as well as it did. A Happy and Healthy New Year to you! ~Anastacia in Cleveland.

That brow product made me think of the Wunderbrow. They have WB at CVS & I have been wondering about it. Have you tried it? My brows are the one part of my makeup that takes forever, I spend 10 mins a day on them regardless of how quick I try to be. Its expensive, so it must last a long time to be worth that kind of money. Would love to see you review it. Great video. Love you & your videos!!

I love wunderbrow. I have been caught in a rain storm and then rubbed my face and nothing came off.It will last until you take it off; an oil cleanser or cleansing balm is the best way to remove it. The best way to apply it is to use a separate angled brush that way you can control how mush product you want. It is pretty expensive though but i use cvsbucks to make it cheaper

I bought the brow gel about a month ago and I have blonde eye brows. The first time I used it I thought it did something (but that could have been me wanting to see it work😂) but the second time I tried it, I saw nothing! I had to use a spoolie to get it off, it wouldn’t peel at all. It got returned quickly.

Love the eye look! Not the hugest fan of Almay though. Totally agree about not wanting to have to rub the under-eye area for the product to correctly match your skin tone. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas! Take care!

That foundation looked pretty good but then I saw it has Ethylene Brassylate which I’m kinda bummed about since I loved their CC Cream and Primer with SPF. Those shadows look interesting to me, so I may need to check out more Almay

After watching your anti-haul video, I looked up some video reviews of the Brow Color product. I knew right away that it's a product I will definitely NOT be trying. Did the color wash off right away or did it have to wear off over time? The eye shadows look great but $14.99 for Almay is too much IMO. The blush looked nice too but I have the elf cream blush palette that I bought for a fraction of the price at $6. and I love it! Hope you had a great Christmas and loads of fun with your little niece! :)

For the brow tint, it better suits those with barely there eyebrows unlike yours whose brows are already thick. & I think you didnt let them dry down enough? Because usually they remove easily if they are dry

Im terrified to use anything on my brows I have to pull off since the hair has gone sparse. I imagine myself being browless after peeling. But the look is great as always! The brows look good but then again you have perfect natural brows so no matter what their always perfect! Btw did you do anything to your hair it seems darker 🙃

I tried an Almay mascara (in a white tube) and I ended up with all my lashes stuck together so it looked like I only had three lashes on each eye.😞

That concealer didn't blend in with the rest of your face products. You could see exactly where you blended it out to throughout the video. I have never had good luck with those white self adjusting products. Could you do a brand tutorial on the new brand LALA FOX? The foundations are incredible and the setting spray is unlike any I've ever tried before. That's all I've gotten out of the collection. The spray actually helps to perfect the face rather than just lock in make up and kill the powder look. You don't get a lot though.😕
