You know Ryan the only thing I do not like about this video is it MAKES ME WANT TO BE THERE😳☺️. And we just left 2 weeks ago! We love that place so much! These “what’s new” videos are your most watched; no news to you I am sure☺️. They are really good Ryan & truly helpful to folks in deciding how they will spend their precious time there, that goes by very quickly. It is very evident that you actually take the time to research & give folks the information they want & need instead of those who just show up, put the camera on their face & bloviate, because they are not primarily there for the viewer, it is about them & their delusional fame because they can put their face on a television screen! Big difference; thank you!

Came into Gatlinburg yesterday evening. I think I saw you filming in downtown Gatlinburg. Was cool seeing you. Was in car didn't get a chance to stop to say HI. Great videos.
This is my favorite place to go love hiking down there also I was there a couple years ago and Gatlinburg had 1 inch of snow when we got to the top of Ramsey Cascades it was 8 inches this was the first time I seen how much snow you get the higher you go up!

I am in the area. Plan to go to all three Christmas parades etc. will probably stay an entire week. It’s going to rain the entire weekend. Hopefully it will be a nice soaking rain. Many areas has suffered a drought!!!!

Ryan I always like seeing your informative videos about what's happening up there. My fav place to eat is the Pottery Cafe and Grille. One of the best places up there. I am about to watch your parade video. Looking forward to the Sevierville parade video.
Lucas lagoon (Christmas place pool Reno) is from my neck of the woods! I would LOVE to come visit just to see the Bush house all decorated for Christmas! Am I up for a 10 hour car ride? 🤔 Thank you for another great video!
I'm curious to see the what's new video for February since we will be in the area the week of Valentine's Day. Is there anything that is a must do in the area? We have already done the island, the aquarium, the Titanic museum and the smoky mountain wheel.. We will be attending a marriage retreat in pigeon forge. Are there any attractions or activities a couple could do for $50 or less?

Nooo... not the wedding chapel. Always enjoyed looking at it from the window seats at Calhoun's. Now we can look at another parking lot. Yay. I feel like every time we turn around the mountain charm is leaving for more square modern buildings and parking lots. Sad what the Burg is becoming.
As a Born and raised person - in this area - Just what we need another parking lot - so more people can come - yuck - and how much more do we need for people to do - I know your just the messenger - Go to our town meeting and sadly all they see are dollar signs - Sad - so their want be a mountain or mountains left - terrible - it’s land rape - terrible
