My favourite pancake is made with apple slices. Core an apple and slice around 5mm thick. Melt butter in pan and add apples. Sizzle for half a minute each side before adding pancake mix. Cook as per usual. The apple caramelises a little bit and that gives sweetness. Or top with sugar for extra sweetness. My gran made those for me when I was a child and they're still my favourite to this day.

Hi liza, good haul. The erase aways could be cut in thin strips. I have similar and just cut a small strip and it does the job. 👍

My favourite pancakes are the jubilee pancakes that we used to get at little chef so I recreate my own. When we were little mum always made them with a little sugar and fresh oranges n juice. Me n hubby bought the onesies from Dunelm, they have been a godsend in this cold weather but the grandchildren do have a good laugh at us 😂

Try not using fabric conditioning and strongly scented washinh/cleaning products. I thought I had hey fever for an entire year despite never experiencing it before and turns out I just don't react well to scented things. I use White Vinegar instead of fabric conditioner. Life changing lol

I’ve put chia seeds in my daughters weetabix since she was 1 to thicken it up and make it easier for her to spoon feed (or to chicken up curry for her to spoon feed) but she still loves them at 3, they are filling and very nutritional xx

My oldest son was constantly congested and struggling to breathe. After loads of tests, it was cat allergies and we had to rehome both our cats!!
