I love seeing what doesn't sell for others because it helps me think of why my items may not be selling. I also have a "see by Chloe" item that I just can't move. It's a gorgeous NWT colorful 100% linen romper with ruffles and cutouts and everything and it hasn't sold either. I picked it up 2 years ago lol. I just think that I picked this item up probably when rompers were truly on their way out.

For the Blaire Jacket, try to connect it with something 90's or Y2K and find an aesthetic Keyword or 2 that works for it like "Twilightcore" "Baggy" "Ravecore" etc. If you can find a similar item worn by someone in a movie or TV series or anything it reminds you of that is similar, use that as a reference. Kinda like the way everybody is listing every black dress they find now as "witchy" or "Rhianna Stevie Nicks core"... I think "Grandma" or "grannycore" might fit yours for a start.

lol so true !! So many don’t sell fast or not at all . I’m the most impatient seller 😂so I usually sell those items to a bsts ….i try to get my money back ….. the struggle is real .

Maybe you could lot up some items, such as xsm tops or have a "little" bundle sale. Also, don't buy so many xsmall and small items...that seems to be a common denominator in the items not selling.

I’m in the process of doing this very same thing. I’ve had two Rebecca Taylor silk pieces sell for $40.00 - both in the last few months. I have really good luck with Title Nine, mostly dresses. I currently have a NWT workout tank that isn’t getting much interest though. Lastly, I have a gorgeous Mara Hoffman sweater that has had tons of interest but no takers. I recently discovered you could resell on the Mara Hoffman website and was about to list it there until she announced she was closing. Hope everyone is having great sales!!! June is off to a terrible start for me. 😔

Oooof, I don't have the patience to hold on to items for a year+. I relist much more frequently than most do and always adjust title/photo/price when I do. I know that I often take a very small profit compared to what I could get, but it's the fast flips that keep me going. If it seems like it was a bad pick up, I send it off to thredup.

I love looking at items that have been sitting around as well. I do recommend completely deleting and relisting the items fresh from start (instead of copy / relist). I noticed a pattern that you put (linen blend, wool blend, etc) in your title. I often find if you remove those words from your title and just get straight to business, it may help your item appear higher in search results. Always great to put the material in the body, but a blend in the title, probably not a priority. If it was merino wool or silk- definitely add it in title (around color). Also, the Levi's sweater, I would title, Levi's Fair Isle Sweater color size. People love Fair Isle and that may move faster if you add it!

On the Everlane ballet flats- title it this way- "Everlane The Day Ballet Flat Color Size" people search for the exact title as the company names it. I would recommend screenshooting the photos, creating a fresh listing with that title. Also confirm that's the style, I think they are! You didn't actually call them ballet flats and honestly all you do need to put is Everlane Ballet Flats! It really does make a huge difference, basically all ballet flats are going to be slip on, so you wouldn't need to muddy your title with words that aren't words people use to search. The words you do use in your title are great to add in the description body.

Dang! I’m surprised a lot of these items haven’t sold. I measure everything I list. If it has sat for over 90 days on posh, I relist and add to the description. Also, polyester or nylon or acrylic materials sell for way less as do smaller sizes. Try colors that pop and linen, silk, Supima cottons. If you relist and they still don’t sell request a clean out bag from thredUP!! Good luck!!

thanks for the video! Do you think items might sell faster if you would model them/ photograph yourself or someone else wearing them- it's easier to determine what they would look like if a person is wearing them?

Thanks for the video! The "animal print" jacket blazer doesn't look like an animal print in the video? It looks solid. If it is a texture print, maybe you want to add the word texture or something? It might be confusing buyers. Just my 2 cents!

Under settings on Poshmark if you click “my seller tools” then “my inventory report” you’ll be emailed a report that shows things like # of days your items have been listed. However, if you’ve ever relisted your items, it will only show the # of days those items have been listed since being relisted (ex: if I relisted something yesterday it would say my item has been listed for 1 day). I like to pay attention to how long I’ve had my items listed since the very first day I listed them - I have an Excel spreadsheet where I track that info. There’s a video on my channel called “how to create a simple reselling spreadsheet” and at around the 12 minute mark I go over that formula to get the turnaround time/total # of days an item has been listed. I hope that helps.
