I love my Apple Watch! It’s something that I don’t necessarily need, but now that I have it, I can’t imagine being without it....except, for right now, I am! I am awaiting for my replacement watch cuz the one I had had the screen loosened due to overheated battery causing the screen to dislodge. So another useful Watch feature: I like how it unlocks my MBP when I wake it up with my saved password....super convenient. Otherwise, mostly notifications and Apple Pay (that’s always an eye-catcher with folks), and Do Not Disturb....which, yes, the list mode for apps is something I found later, and is super convenient. Finally, Big Love....really, really love that book. I’ve listened to it multiple times on Audible, and will go back to it, because it’s so inspiring and real. I haven’t read any of Elizabeth Gilbert’s books before that one, and hearing it in her voice makes those words, and the meaning of them, come to life. Great choice. Thanks for all you do, Justine! Peace.

I use Strava the most on my Apple Watch. I have it in the bottom right hand corner, ready to go when I go biking. I don't even need to open my iPhone until I'm done with my ride & I tap Finish and Save, then open Strava on my iPhone X & see the results once it's uploaded. Other than that, I really don't use many apps other than to check the Weather, Notifications, seeing what song is playing when I'm listening to Apple Music & of course, the time & to see how far along my goals are.

Even thinking of constant uploads and so much of your life on social media is a bit exhausting, and justine has been one of the first creators on youtube, so i understand what she means by that. I always use my Apple Watch for Apple Music they go so well together and you don’t have to take your phone out of your pocket every time you want to change track. And also when you are listening to music and you get a phone call you can just answer it on the watch and it automatically hands it onto my AirPods/Powerbeats

I sleep with my watch and use Sleep++ to track my sleep patterns automatically. I only use 20% during a day without working out & charge during shower time in the morning... pretty effective.

Notifications, quick reply and fitness tracking are the 3 big uses for me. I love that I can leave my phone at home and go do a workout and still be able to receive notifications and send messages also if my phone is in my pocket or on charge in another room and I can still interact from my wrist :)

I just upgraded from the Series 2 Apple Watch to the Series 3 with LTE. I have to say, I haven't used the LTE features yet because I still always have my phone with me but the sheer performance speed boost that it gets over the Series 2 is worth the upgrade! Absolutely loving it. Do you use a screen protector? I haven't found a decent one yet. I use a clear TPU flexible case around my Apple Watch because I'm always afraid I'm going to bang it in to something and I only have the Aluminum model, but I find the clear TPU case pulls up my screen protector film on the corners and then I get terrible air bubbles. Anyway, just wondering if you had any suggestions for a better screen protector? I like the case I have because it's clear and I can see my beautiful space grey Series 3 through it.

*IMPORTANT******* Hi justine, first of all i absolutely loveee your videos and the positive energy you’ve got going on. i just wanted to ask you something related to my iphone, i got an 8 plus from japan and turns out i can’t turn off the camera shutter sound even if the phone’s on silent cause they have silly laws for that. You forgot to mention apple pay. It’s really convenient to have your credit/debit card right on your wrist. Especially for ladies, who I’m sure should love not to have to go through the purse looking for the card every time they have to pay. I use it regularly not only in the US, but also in Mexico where apple pay hasn’t actually been launched yet (apple pay does work in unsupported countries once it’s properly set up).

Legit immediately got Big Magic once you spoke about it. Never heard of it before this video but the way you described it as helping you overcome struggling creatively just sent off so many sparks in my mind. Because the past few days I've been getting more and more depressed about how I used to be the most creative person I knew of -- both in terms of originality _and_ authenticity -- and I used to be able to create entire fictional universes, and now it's like I can barely even write a song because of really depressing things that have happened that have basically just made me brain-dead...
