They’re really good in soups and stews as well. I learned about that from a French friend. And yes they lose the bite. My neighbor calls them spicy dirt balls. Obviously, she’s not a fan.
Wow, I've never considered (or tried!) cooking radishes! Definitely going to try roasting them soon! I love them raw, but find they give me GI distress...will be curious if cooking improves that!
Wow radishes definitely aren't a taste problem for me- they're like one of my "candies" :D And yyyeaaah from the lists you gave, I think that "peppery" flavor is what I live for lol.
