How interesting that I read a book about how to silence the voices in my head, and where these voices come from, and then I find this video giving a simple solution. I’ve been meditating for a while now, and that is my best tool so far to achieve silence inside my head. I’m getting better being aware when the noise starts to arise, but without meditation is harder to quiet the voices. Thank you for the video! Great timing to find it

Why would I want to Silence those conflicting voices in my head? That’s what makes life fun and gives it juice. Having that voice to convince you of how sweet and good it would feel to do that wrong action and beating that life just for the sake of being pure, is a rewarding feeling that’s irreplaceable.
We need to practice pure love ❤️ in our hearts for everyone…when we do this we are thinking from the heart and not the thoughts in our head…everyone got this…sending my love to everyone even though I don’t know you because we are all interconnected as one….❤️🙏🏼

Thanks Dave - These fucking voices are getting to me, I'm really tired of listening to myself think. BTW, I learned a couple tricks so far. I tense the muscle inside my sinuses and I can stop a thought in mid formation. But this alone does not fix anything. And I notice that a jewish kippah also helps silence the voice. For A while, I tried stuttering my breathe, but that is a bad crutch. It is better to practice rhythmic breathing to stop the chatter. This is all I've figured out so far. But I have not put my all into stopping it. I will start by regularly meditating.
