The jury wouldn't know who is getting the popular award so their decision should be independent....yumna deserved praise for her work....she did amazing work.
I want to say one thing that Viewers choice and Critics Choice are deciding Separately. Jury don't know who is winning Viewers choice This is the reason Yumna Zaidi ended up winning both. And this was also well deserved
To be honest Sajal's performance in Alif was something you would expect from an actress of Sajal's calibre and also we have seen such roles on TV before. Yumna's Mahajabeen was an out of the box character and she nailed it. Sajal should have one for O Rangreza earlier which was one heck of a performance.
The moment people started trolling about danish's win i was pretty sure that galaxy will also support this win i am on same page too...there are people who watched deewangi that did vote for him that is masses matters too! I feel Yumna is more versatile than Sajal. Sajal k mostly Roles ya bohat rona ya bohat hasna. Rangraiza and angan Main her acting was in same pace. And in alif and many other dramas it was same. But yumna is more versatile.

Why is everyone underestimating Danish's fandom..he literally have double the followers than Ahad on Instagram. Just because an actor's fans don't butt in everywhere and disrespect others doesn't mean he is not popular with a strong fanbase..just that they are mature. smh!

My two cents: Sajal is a great actress but Yumna totally deserved these awards. No one could have played Mahjabeen like her (without going overboard). Bilal deserved his award for Abdullah too. These two were phenomenal in PKS. I do wish that Ahad had won an award for Amaan though. He was amazing. Ahad as Amaan gave me goosebumps. I think people have gotten annoyed with Sajal and Ahad (mostly Sajal) because of their fandom. Their fans lash out about everything (even construction criticism and obviously awards) and totally disregard other actors and their efforts. Also this is being said by a person who loves Sajal and Ahad (especially Ahad) for their work.

Thoroughly enjoyed this episode. you guys did the best coverage despite being not physically present on the show. Eeman's research was thorough and spot-on. I so liked how Momin explained three types of performances deserving for an award. It would have been fairer if each actor/actress was nominated only in a single category but since Yumna was nominated in both popular and critic's choice, she actually deserved both of them. Sajal's performance in Alif was undoubtedly great but nothing different from other great performances of her in other dramas because Sajal as an actress was phenomenal in every role she played. However, Mahjabeen's character had a whole 'different arc' and hence it needed to be examined critically. Yumna nailed this character and for all the right reasons, it stood out. Sajal's role in Alif had no extraordinary performance margin, as Yumna's in PKS, hence the critic's choice award. Regarding popular award, no one could take that from Yumna because Mahjabeen became an instant favourite of audience/viewers as soon as she appeared on screen. She was fun, pleasing and pure amusement. Sajal's role in Alif was not the same. P.S: I totally love Kehkashan's opinion, always so on point about everything i.e., the dark lips, the grey lenses, the dress choices. She just adds a whole different romance to the show.

Momin was either biased or lost his taste for fashion. I totally agree with Kahkashan's views on celebrity looks. Resham was just okay, not 20/10. Yumna's dress was very ill-fitted and bad. Saboor's make up and dress was hideous. Amar and Mahira were very very normal. Mahwish was just ok in her red dress. #feedback
Danish Tamoor and Ayza are both average actors who are lucky with fan following mainly because common ppl relate with them- married with kids, mostly in Pakistani attire, and both are beautiful and very much present on social media.
We Danish Taimoor and Ayeza Khan fans voted for Dansih to make him win. We knew Ayeza didn't deserve so we voted for Danish to make him win. I couldn’t click fast enough for this one! Apart from Ayesha Omar (that too only the gold gown) all the other looks were horrible! I don’t know what Mahira was thinking with that ill fitting gown and those cheap leggings. To think Feeha Jamshed is her close friend, I expected way better! Saboor’s gown looked tacky and her hair and make up were equally awful. Our celebs always miss the mark with red carpet looks. Kawah chala hans ki chaal toh apni chaal bhi bhool gaya. They would have looked 100x better had they stuck to desi attire.

I agree with Iman that Ahad’s votes got divided between Ehd e Wafa and YDM. Yumna’s didn’t because even her fans didn’t appreciate her doing Raaz e Ulfat and PKS was not only popular but Mahjabeen was a more rememberable character compared to Mushk. While everyone enjoyed Ahad as both Amaan and Saad. Also I’m pretty sure Yumna’s fandom collectively decided to vote for Mahjabeen (at least that’s what I saw on their accounts).
That's correct...I think so too. I really love bilal and yumna but ahad and sajal should've been awarded atleast in one category either critics or popular. But no doubt yumna and bilal deserved the awards they were PHENOMENAL as Mahajabeen and Abdullah.

Mahira khan, yumna zaidi, saboor ali and others looked like they just grabbed a silk kapra from rabi centre and got it stitched for 1500 and wore it in such big event. Loose fitting and saada kapra, very poor dresses. No offense 🙋♀️

I totally agree that Raaz e Ulfat should have won the best ost!! The drama may not have been amazing but the ost definitely was, it has millions of views on RU-vid as well! Secondly, Yumna did mention PKS's writer in her speech. Maybe the writer didn't see the whole speech because there were many clips and retakes.. but she should have confirmed atleast before commenting.

Please watch all their videos to know how the event actually took place. Be nice and humble. You didn’t attend the event, others did. Danish Taimoor is brilliant actor & very well deserving . Obviously if you talk about drama serial which is quite drag as usual Geo's drama are, but if you talk about Danish Taimoor's acting He nailed it. Secondly I think There was soo many Brilliant actresses nominated along with Yumna Zaidi, you can give jury award to anyone else. I think this isn't fair that one Actor got two awards in same category. Thirdly, I agree with Iman & Kehkshan that Mira Sethi look was just so awkward , & Saboor aly should file a suit against her stylist who style her for lux ( Saboor had such a great fashion sense, i didn't get why she wore that cheap gown ).
