My AoLong V2 looks quite different from the one he's showing there. It's got much ticket boarders, like the one Felix is using in the vid during the AoLong segment. Why it that? Is there a few sticker versions or something?
Wow, just wow, this is so well made and really informative, this is hands down the best comparison on the whole of RU-vid, everything from the order, cubes used, shots, solves etc. are so good
In case you're wondering, the reason that the GTS V2 isn't in this video is that I just got it a few days ago so if I remade the video to include it then by the time I got the video out another new 3x3 would have been released and I'd never be able to finish the video. That also means it's possible that the cubers in this video no longer use the cubes they talked about as their main. I just wanted to clear that up because a few people were asking about it in the comments. Also, I know some people will ask, so the background image that I have on cstimer in the video is: wallpapercave.com/wp/sE62OgB.jpg
Awesome video Sean! Loved how you had different people share their preferences, it makes the comparisons much more informative and accurate. Keep up the great work! :p
This video was made me being a cuber. That was my first speedcube review/recommendation I saw when I started to buy my first speedcube. I hope UberCuber would comeback this year.
Thanks so much, before I thought that the best cube were the Dyan and the Moyu. But with this video, I discovered that it's all about personal preference. And there are other cubes that are as good as Moyus and Dyans. It really helped and now I know which one to buy THAAAAAAAAANKS SOOOOOOOO MUUUUUUUUUUCH
Excellent video! I didn't even realize that the Gan Air UM was your main until you said it, so I think you were pretty fair in your discussion of all the other cubes. However, I think it was really cool you included the other cubers, just to balance out your opinions.
such a good video! forgot my guhong in a rental car, then returned the car and lost the cube, so figured it's time for the upgrade. i was pretty lost though, as to where to even begin, but you put the thought and effort in here, and laid it all out for us, with different brands and models, as well as other people's opinions. really well done- thank you so much for your excellent work!
This was an absolutely awesome video! I loved it, and I think this will be extremely helpful to anyone out there in the void still searching for a cube to bring home :)
Really well done. Good choice to sort by price -- technically, what you've presented here is the Pareto Frontier, which is exactly the right thing to do. Good idea to get some input from others to reduce bias. This is how everyone should do reviews of many products at once!
A bunch of budget cubes that are good. Qiyi warrior w: £3/4.00 MF3rs: £4/5.00 Qiyi sail: £4:5.00 Yuxin little magic: £4/5.00 My favourites are the Qiyi warrior w and the mf3rs Edit: GET THE YUXIN LITTLE MAGIC AND NONE OF THESE ITS 3 POUNDS AND ITS THE BEST
Yesterday I saw this video and decided not to watch it because I'd seen so many of these. But then today I saw the thumbnail and had to click on it. Good job! 👏
I was out of cubing for a few years. Back then the Dayan Zhanchi was one of the best cubes and I'm using it now. Is it a big difference between the cubes then and now?
Some 10 + Challenging Puzzles at turnthecogs.com/ check out video of Magnet Factory at ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3XcAya4jfk4.html
typeman5 Either your turning style or the way you set it up. The air is good for accurate and calm turning styles, and it is also pretty hard to setup The Gans 356 Air is my main, and it never locks up on me unless I'm panicking while trying to do a G-perm.
My lubed MF3RS is the best puzzle I've ever used lol no regrets. I hope the 3x3 market can slow down with expansion because there is undeniably a cube (or more) for everybody. I want the focus to be on 6x6+
Ethan jeff Mernilo like teeto said whilst they are fairly equal with other brands in terms of performance, they are a bit more expensive, unnecessarily more expensive some would say.
This is a very well made video. I haven't been watching some of your newer videos due to lack of time but I cn see that you are still making quality content. Keep up the good work! :D p.s- Magnets in cubes is pretty interesting. It's like the first Rubik's brand.
This was the video I watched to pick my first cube, now I’m sub 30 and I have 5 of these cubes. In case you’re wondering, the first cube I bought was the thunderclap.
Great video. Only part that felt a bit weird is that you said that MF3RS is pretty much the best on the price range with no competition, but people say Warrior W and MF3RS are quite equal. :)
1st...let me say i know NOTHING about cubes.........I once had one as a kid but got bord of it very quickly ......but omg...this vid is amazing .....u are very fast with your fingers :) Keep up enjoying what u like
I did a very good modification to my gan air that i would like to see someone making a video on it. I really didnt like that big bump on my gan air in every turn so i got some corners from the gans 356 v2 and replaced the original corners from the air with these and it turned really well, the cube is really really smooth and no bumps and i love it!
