The fact that the Boombox 2 is $500, The monster blaster is $300 and the Sound core is able to keep up with them at only $180. It's a no brainer for me.

You could literally buy 4 Motion Boom Pluses, link em together for surround sound (not sure if you can link more than 2 together tbh) with a few bucks left over for chips and drinks LOL!!

Soundcore knocked it out the park with the motion boom plus I must say it can definitely hang with the heavy hitters

I'm just amazed how loud the Motion Boom + is compared to the other big BBox speakers, despite t9he loudness it would retain a decent amount of bass to it, for the size and price it's deff a W, Soundcore has already enetered the portable big bois territory. Soundcore really went and said : "Aight, we giving this guy 80 watts of power output" Speaker fans : lol, you'll prolly just limit it at 60W and needs to be plugged in to reach that powe- Soundcore : did I stutter? I said we giving it 80 watts.

I bought the Soundcore the first day it went on sale and it punches way above the price. Once you use the custom settings on the EQ it really comes alive.

I recently got the Sony SRS XB-43 and use it on my PC and i LOVE IT. RGB bonanza, dual radiators, four front facing speakers, reverse charing, aux port, battery bank for a smartphone and an excellent app!

Still got the Aiwa Exos-9 speakers you recommended and they are MILES better than any other speaker I've ran across. I bought two and I pair them up for MAXIMUM SCUMBAG BEHAVIOR!!!!

This is so informative for me, I'm looking for a Bluetooth speaker to replace my HK onyx that I got like 6 years ago. The soundcore is a heavy hitter but let's be honest that JBL party box was better for base.

Yo Flossy, this was surprising. To me this Bluetooth speaker is one of those hidden gems find. The Soundcore Motion Boom Plus is the business, thumbs up I was surprised a the out comes of the comparing contest between a lot of the speakers you had side by side with the Soundcore Motion Boom Plus.

It's crazy how much sub bass I can hear coming through my speakers that are connected to my PC from that JBL Partybox Essential

Keep in mind, this is just the Soundcore Signature EQ setting. Once you EQ it on the app to the settings you like, I bet the MBP beats out some of the ones that sounded better here.

Flossy, you're the man for this! Ordered my Motion Boom Plus yesterday when I finally got my code. I'm a little disapointed that Soundcore only lets you buy one MBP with the $38 discount, even thought I bought two different codes. I kinda want to sell/trade my motion booms now, and replace them with Soundcore Select Pros, so then I can have 2 of them paired with 2 MBP... LET'S GOOOOOOOOO!

I needed this video from you Floss. I haven't tried many of these and need one for my gym room.

Another worthy contender is the Altec Lansing Rock Box XL, I've put this speaker up against my LG-PK7W's ( 2 of them stereo paired) and my Sound Core motion Plus stereo pair also and the Rock Box XL matched the fidelity of the Motion Plus pair and produces bass Notes that are quicker and fuller and more controlled than the LG-PK7W'S!! To be quite honest, the Rock Box XL rivals my Fluance fi50 which is an Audiophile grade speaker... For it's price and the performance and battery life the speaker system offers, it is easily in my Top 3 speakers of all time, I currently have 11 speakers.

You know what, the Diamond Box was a little uncomfortable for me. Felt like it was pushing a little too hard or something. Plus, I wonder how the Soundcore would compare with the bass pumped up

I had an issue with one of my neighbors who wanted to have a jam off. Let's say it didn't end well for him. I whipped out my rusty trusty Pioneer SX828. Threw up my 12 band EQ. I'm fired up my 15" serwin Vega forums. I didn't realize the police was that when I was done I didn't hear them knocking on my door. They clam they could hear it for 3 blocks. The bass hit so hard the electricity in my house my lights went dumb when the bass kicked on kind of like in your automobile might when you throw on that base And while playing ACD C for those about to rock when the cannons fired off you could feel it

Looks like Soundcore hired some pretty good audio engineers. I know that Soundcore uses neodymium magnets and JBL uses ferrite. Ferrite sounds less digital IMO. Also, ironically JBL was the first company to incorporate titanium tweeters in the early 90's. Now Soundcore is using them which creates a brighter sound quality. I own two Soundcore Motion Booms as my primary "stereo". I was told by the technical division that they will still play plugged in after the batteries die. I hope that is true.

Floss, you gotta check out some custom Bluetooth speakers and do a review. There are a lot of people that build them at home and sell em. The ammo cans are cool and compact with a battery that can last for days.

When I first went looking for a Bluetooth speaker I tried them all, nothing I could find had any solid sound. I finally ordered the Anker soundcore motion +. It blew me away, twice the speaker of anything else I tried (sony,jbl,ultimate ears) at a fraction of the price. Then u get amazing battery, waterproof (I thew it in the lake all day), usb c charge. Suffice to say Anker all the way.

Yo Floss there a sleeper speaker out here, that I bought in November I think you would be impressed with. It's the W-King T-9 under $120 with RGB lights, it's a major ' major go my guy!! Peep that!!

I also watched your Coolify vid comparing the different levels of it because my car right now is leaking ac and i got no ac really. so a cooling neck fan is a must!

I came to the Soundcore Motion Boom Plus separate of you videos so my answer to your question is, “No, I am not surprised!” What made my purchase of them even better was the $50 off coupon! I do wish that you had talked about sound quality more. For me it’s obvious that Soundcore focused on the quality of the drivers they used. They did away with all of the flash and bells & whistles. They just produced a pedestrian looking product that performs well above its price class! The best thing about it is the timbre. It just sounds musical and it maintains its composure even a maximum volume. Not as easy feat!

Awesome video Floss. Can you do a float test for the JBL boom box and Soundcore motion boom plus? The commercials show they’re fully submergible, IPX7 but I ain’t swimming to the bottom of the lake if one of them falls of the kayak.
