I remember watching little 2 year old Noa’s amazing rescue. Such a tiny little dot on your rescue board. You’re amazing Mouse! Thank you for all that you and the other lifeguards, film crew and volunteer lifesavers do to keep people safe at Bondi, Brontë and Tamarama❤
Finally it’s all about The Amazing Mighty Mouse! I’m glad he did a shout-out about him Mum, sweet! Remember that some of this amazing lifeguards have supportive, loving and worried Mums too. Take care and be safe!
I love the episode when Mario tries to jump start the buggy and it starts sparking. Then they call "Mouse" to do the job. Mouse is qualified to work on jet engines. So many interesting facts about all these characters in the lifeguard service
I absolutely appreciate all you life guards do. I know you have to enjoy your job, however, you all TRULY save lives and do it well. There have to be days when maybe you just don’t want to be a “Life guard;” you all trek through day to day selflessly looking out for all mankind on that beach. Hugs and love to you all!!!!
today i saw a lifeguard get pulled under the tide while saving a girls life. he still saved the girls life though. i just wanted to say thank you for sacrificing your lives to save other’s lives. thank you.
Day 1 of asking Lifeguards to answer 12 of these questions. ( I am so so so so so so so so so so sorry if I anoyyed you with this ) 1) Can people be a lifeguard when they use glasses? ( minus/plus/cylinder type of glasses ( basically eye problem glasses ) , not sunglasses ) 2) Does ANYTHING that we learn in school apply to the job? 3) What licenses do we need to be a lifeguard? Could you mention what age and what are the licenses? 4) what way do people apply for the job? ( interview, google form or what? ) 5) Are y'all hot in those long sleeved shirts and why? 6) Are some lifeguards not in the videos or are all of lifeguards are in videos? And If not all, why do you not show them in the videos? 7) I don't understand what does "North and South" mean on Bondi, is it basically "Left and right"? If it does mean that, Does "North" mean left or right and does "South "mean right or left? 8) what does "Seasons" mean on Bondi? 9) I know that you guys use "Ramps" as key landmarks. what side of the ramps when in the lifeguard tower? ( I mean like from the sight from the tower, Is ramp 1,2,3 and 4 on the left or right of the tower. 10) Where do you guys store your Foods? 11) Is there any certain days that each lifeguard work ( I meant like 1 lifeguard works at Mondays, Wednesdays etc. ) or do they just come whenever they can/want or they come every day ? 12) Do lifeguards need to be a specific weight and body shape? 13) Do we have to use words that Australians use? I'm sorry for asking these 13 question questions which is much but I'm curious if I can get my dream job in the future if I will ever have the money to go to Australia. Lifeguarding at Bondi Beach is my current dream job, to me a beach as an "Office" sounds really nice and I'm interested about it. I want to be a lifeguard in Australia but I live in Indonesia currently and it costs over 20 million IDR ( Indonesian Rupiah ) and I'm 11 years old, and can't swim. I also have probably 1+ Minus in my eyes and 0.5 cylinder ( Minus is when you can't see far away and as I know I might be wrong cylinder is the type of Minus that you can't clear. ) If my eye problems stop me from being a lifeguard, its ok I understand. Because I don't see any lifeguards that use eye problem glasses so I thought that I would ask you guys to answer it the question.
