Modi ji is coming in 2019 as PM again ..that is final..Modi ji believes in the quick decision and implements it which is right for the nation and does not see if it will hurt his a political career. if he would care about his political career(Vote bank) he would have never taken the decision like Demonetization and GST. This country is being run on slogans . *FIRST budget* : digital India, smart cities - heard anything about them ? Saw them anywhere ? After 4 yrs ...% of financial transactions in cash vs digital still the same . Outsourced to paytm *Second budget :* MAKE IN INDIA ...current state: worst manf index , lowest ever job creation .worst unemployment for engineers . Outsourced even rafale , the most sophisticated airplane in the world to someone whose knowledge of planes is -has flown as a passenger *Third budget :* swatch Bharat - outsourced to dettol now *Fourth budget :* skill India- anything heard after that ? Heard of anyone's skill set improving ? *Fifth budget :* modi care : jaitley claims 30000 cr , experts say 50k cr reqd. Actual money provisioned 2000 cr ( which is also the full increase in health budget - includes increase in normal reqmt, 24 new medical colleges in this budget , 2 aiims of last budget etc etc )

Well I did not say anything about slabs in India, those are tax citizens pay in US/UK or other Developed countries, there are exceptions like SG UAE where taxes are less but laws are strict.

My whole point is, people get influenced very easily by these oppositions and news channels and start cribbing. Instead start making educated guess. Middle class will always be burdened because they are the backbone of the country's economy, poor class gets educated, uplifted and they will join middle class. At the same time we have to realise that our Country is Still Developing because our previous governments cared less about Country and focussed more on staying in power hence could not make such changes. I am surprised that this government made tough decisions before election year. There is a huge resistance in uplifting the country's mindset that is being influenced by greedy and power hungry people trying to use the divide politics.

Sadguru Prerna if I'm paying for something in 2018 than what I'm getting is for 2018 only not 2019!? I'm not saying everything should be given to middle class only but some reliefs were included than this would have been good. And 2019 budget will not be given by BJP as there are elections and so the budget will be only for some basics and main budget will be given by the winning party. I hope you at least know this.

He gave exemption of 40000 but other side he added 1%sess..which is horrible..give to poor but not all. When i meant 90% of the population is middle class, i referred to people who fall in middle, lower middle class and people below poverty line. Didnt want to make my comment so elaborate, if that makes any sense to you. What i meant is people who toil and labor everyday and who are in need are 90% of the country. People who swindle and eat all the population's sweat is the remaining 10%. Cant explain more. Now Arnab will support a good budget and get called a BJP stooge even though he has strongly opposed BJP on some other major issues where it has been wrong. Some people seem bent upon criticising bjp even if they take right steps, and when they don't find proper evidence they come down to abusing Arnab and BJP or linking irrelevant issues. A pro poor budget was much required even if middle class must suffer to some extent. At least poor people will get better healthcare and services and farmers will get better loans. I'm not sure why this budget and Arnab is being criticised in comments.

For farmers income to double in 5 years agriculture will have to grow by 12% every year while in the last 4 years it has grown by under 3% every year. No provision has been made in the budget which will make agriculture grow at 12% every year . Moreover the same promise was made before the 2014 elections by Modi. It is another JUMLA !!!! Take it with a pinch of salt.

The Sensex has fallen by 1000 points since the budget. This is the largest fall percentage wise in the last ten years after the budget. Sensex reflects the economy.
