What's the Islamic Ruling on Divorce? | Waleed Basyouni | AlMaghrib Institute 1 

That was so nice. mashaaAllaah. Shaykh Waleed covers all the important things that seem to come to mind. Alhamdulillaah.

Basically what happened was me and my wife got in to an argument I said to her let's do a divorce then she said okay give me divorce talaq then we both said okay then. But I didnt utter talaq or divorce you 3 times or I'm leaving her only said let's divorce after that we said sorry to eachother and started talking that day making up she wasnt on her menses at the time then we had intercourse which we both took eachother back. Someone said in the Quran it says if you divorce your wife you have a chance to reconcile get her back by sorting it out not sure exactly what Quran says or hadith on my situation which looks like a hard one to give answer to just want to know out of all this argument situation my marriage still valid even though we made up straight away that same time.

Question i have friend he love his wife they got married after 12 days there family had problems like fight and hits to a nother so he Divorce his because his family asked to do that but he love her as she love him he which to go back to her if his family be come peace with her family so did he doing right for good or whats the right way for him ?????

My husband divorced me when I was in period,it’s that allowed?

Slaam alaikum just wanted to ask for advise me and my wife got in an argument I ended up saying give me talaq (divorce) and get papers ready was all in anger she is heart broken now and crying a lot calling me a deceiver i regretted what i said I wasn't in the right mind and all this come out withought thinking she said she will think about decision and her life too she blocked me and I was in contact with her mom and told her I repented and asked allah for forgiveness and told my mother in law to tell her give me a second chance which she said never ever say this again or think of saying it so my wife unblocked me and I asked for her forgiveness and she said it's okay as I did break her heart and feelings just that we dont talk same the way we use to like romantic etc just short replys to my sentences like she doest want to talk I dont blame her after what I said she said only because my mom said forgive you and give a second final chance. So how can I win her heart again and make her love me we are only 7 months in to our marriage another thing is our marriage relationship is long distance she is in pakistan I'm in uk so any advise on how I can deal with long distance relationship what to do I know I should have sabr just want me and my wife to be normal again just from my mistake I ruined it how can I win her heart what can I do also what I said about her to give me divorce which she didnt does it count as talaq is my marriage still valid thanks thats all I would appreciate your advise my duas are with you may alah bless you ameen.
