The gifticality charity made me smile today - I'm from the UK so the charity won't apply to me, but I have an autoimmune disease and so does my brother, and it has severely affected our lives. It is really nice to see some recognition for it, thank you for donating guys :)
Honestly, from a business POV, they make enough to have to consider donating. But also bc they are good ppl since not all successful businesses donate to a cause. 😌
@@Sour_patches_96 seriously, lol. go outside seattle and you'll get weird looks. cross the cascades and you'll probably get ran over with a tractor if you try to order tofu anything.
I've lived in Washington State for 21 years and I have never seen or heard of "tofu scramble". Tofu is an available ingredient in a scramble but it is not its own dish, as far as I know.
I used to go to my local organic food store for breakfast and they had a “tofu scramble” and it was the consistency of scrambled eggs but lighter and kind of fell apart but it was HEAVENLY
I'm just saying, before this I didn't know what dockers were and now I'll be willing to buy them just because of Rhett's mom... So it is a good idea for a sponsor
As a British mythical beast it still makes me sad you had such a bad food experience in London. You guys should ask Sorted or even your British mythical beasts to recommend some places or dishes so we can prove we can do tasty food 😋
They like twinkies so I'm not sure their opinion on food can be trusted 😂. But I hope one day sorted would take them around London to some of those amazing spots they keep going to
They did go to Dishoom and Rhett said that was one of the best meals he’s ever had (which I agree with it’s unbelievable) but it is frustrating how often they generalise their few bad experiences. As a Londoner it’s just like ?? there’s SO much incredible food and so many fantastic restaurants in London and all over the U.K. that are all so much better than any American food I’ve had in multiple states soooo
@@gabyd3825 Totally agree !! :( I went to Florida when I was young and we ate Denny's rather often...but I don't think ALL American food is like what I had on that trip.
As a DC native, you’re going to alll the wrong spots if you’re seeing only young professionals😭 give it another shot with someone who really knows DC and go somewhere besides Capitol Hill!! It’s full of super dope arts, music, museums, and culture!! Try the Salvadoran or Ethiopian food. Love you guys!
As someone who has lived in DC for 13 years now I too do not like the vibe of the more popular neighborhoods. BUT there are so many hidden gems and a thriving communities if you get past the snobby elites!
I feel also the Nevada - steak and eggs thing is also a very much item I'd imagine ton of people have at the casino buffets and surrounding dinners as a big item
There’s something about Rhett‘a eyes I like so much. He speaks with them and they convey emotions. Sometimes he doesn’t need to say anything and I can guess what he’s thinking. ☺️
My friend just passed away from an autoimmune disease this Friday. Your $1,000 is helping make sure we can one day see a future where that doesn’t happen anymore, thank you.
That's funny, because I live in WA, and I've never heard of it or seen in on any menu, so I was thinking it's gotta be one of those other places. I would think coffee, or bagels with lox for WA.
@@joshviehweg9392 I have always felt like Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washtington are the homes of vegans lol I know vegans live everywhere, but I feel like anyone I've met from anywhere near those areas is a vegetarian or vegan.
@@joshviehweg9392 ooh yeah bagels with lox would have been a good one for washington. I see it on menus everywhere and it’s a lot of my friends favorites for getting breakfast. I grew up between here and alaska tho so I pretty much never touch seafood from anywhere other than ak lol
@@johnmcnulty2705 but if any state's favorite breakfast is gonna include tofu, guarantee it's going to be Washington or Oregon, there's not a doubt in my mind. My brain automatically went to "Seattle, Washington" and secondly, "Portland, Oregon" lol
@@lordcantiismyname I think considering the word “Nevada” comes from Spanish the proper pronunciation would be nevahhdahh, but I personally have always said nevaduh
I honestly wanna thank you guys for bringing awareness to our autoimmune diseases, I for one suffer from a chronic illness call Hidradenitis suppitiva (hs) and it takes over my life, body, mind and emotions. All that to say I love you guys so much you really don't know what this means to me I'm so happy I'm crying thank you so much ❤️
Okay, there's no way that tofu scramble is the favorite in Washington State lol I've lived here my entire life, never had a tofu scramble. I have tofu on pad thai, but that's it. I've had plenty of scrambles, but never with tofu.
As someone from North Dakota I feel like I have to mention we have 770k people. May not be many but is more then Wyoming, Alaska, Washington D. C., or Vermont have. We are the largest producer of honey in the US and hold records for the largest metal Sculpture and most snow angels made simultaneously. You have many mythical beasts who love your show here ( a few more than seven). You also have North Dakota to thank for the invention of the camera!
As an MB from D.C., we are easily one of the coolest cities in the world with so much to do and sm rich history, not to mention in close proximity to NY, MD, and Virginia beach. D.C. is easily the most misunderstood city in the country 😭also the most diverse, or one of them.
Until about halfway through I thought this was the most popular breakfast cereal in each state and that there were just some really weird cereals I’d never heard of.
If you happen to find yourselves in Golden, CO (just west of Denver), then you must try Bonfire Burritos... Especially their breakfast burritos. Some of the best in the state!
Uhhhh so I’ve lived in Western WA my whole life, and eaten at MANY popular places in the greater Seattle/Tacoma area, and not only have I never eaten scrambled tofu, but I’ve never seen it on a menu. I greatly question the accuracy of some of these results lol 😆
Its sad how they do no fact checking or zero research in general for literally EVERY EPISODE. Each and every episode from the last 4 years, always consists of roughly 30%-70% of false information. For being the channel that they are, and they know kids and teens reference them as factual sources, they have zero care in actually making the channel factually correct. Example, this video alone was 75% wrong. Then the main channel that was "Breakfast sandwhiches" was 85% of false information.
I've lived in California almost my whole life, and I've never even heard of what apparently is our most popular breakfast. I was certain we were going to be tofu scramble or breakfast burrito
I’m native Californian and chilaquiles is pretty traditional in most of the southern parts of the state because it’s a Mexican dish, so maybe it depends on what part of California you’re from.
@@editprussell1015 very few are bad. Look for em at local owned places like cafes or something and they are usually good. Sometimes even truck stops have the best.
Alaska here. Bacon is just a ubiquitous side. Our best contributions to breakfast that I've seen nowhere else is sourdough hotcakes, and reindeer sausage. The B+G made with aforementioned sausage is wonderful as well.
