The vegetarian food , I NVR believed that food can influence my mental health and studies ,but genuinely when I went to Kota ,the mess was pure vegetarian (without onion n garlic too) ,my learning process exponentially grown up! And surprisingly when I was unable to even solve the questions of advance (IIT Advance) then i kept it for morning and genuinely next day morning I was able to solve it without any atomic hesitation!
