there's one more in Jembrana village in the middle of the field but I can't find any information on it. It was a full body plane just like the one in Nyang Nyang beach and Bypass Ngurah Rai.
I dislike like the fact that the plane located near Nyang Nyang Warung is being turned into a villa. The guy is turning a vintage attraction into a mini hotel. No one benefits from this except the guy that’s renovating it to make money from it. Let the public enjoy it, the more travelers that take pictures of it the more exploitation you’ll have.
That’s definitely one way to look at it! But from my research I found out that the original owner of the plan couldn’t afford the lease on the land it was sitting on anyway so as a vintage attraction it was going to be sold as scrap metal anyway. Agreed the location of the plane may not be the best but at least it’s being used for something and isn’t just being destroyed 😊
@@RyanLeeBanks I just visited the site last week. The guy that’s renovating the plane only accepts people who has 10K plus followers on Instagram or if they have a blue check.
Love your vlogs, Ryan… always interesting & beautiful photography. It would be great if you could stay in the plane accommodation when it opens please. Cheers!
The first plane on top of the Mall? That’s not Canggu, at best that’s Seminyak 😂 it may well be used for events indeed, there are chairs inside but it hasn’t been used in a very long time.
@@RyanLeeBanks Hey mate the intersection it is on is smack bang on the border of canguu and seminyak, also i worked for the promotional company that ran the events on top of the mall our last event was october 25th 2019 yes it was a long time ago but that area and everywhere else has not been touched since covid began. It was also open every weekend running club nights with dj's. Just to clarify north kuta actually situates further inland closer to denpasar.
