Felipe Esparza is a comedian and actor, known for his stand-up specials, “They’re Not Gonna Laugh at You”, “Translate This”, and his latest dual-release on Netflix, “Bad Decisions/Malas Decisiones” (2 different performances in two languages), his recurring appearances on Netflix’s “Gentefied”, NBC’s “Superstore” and Adultswim’s “The Eric Andre Show”, as well as winning “Last Comic Standing” (2010), and his popular podcast called “What’s Up Fool?”. My uncle put me on Paul when I was 7!years old 😂 classic uncle !!! He passed away when I was 18 . That’s the best memory I have of my uncle . He was the only one that let the little kids listen to that kind of stuff back then !!! I feel for you Paul . Much love and respect homie

When I was a kid, there was a a free La Mafia/Ram Herrera concert downtown for Cinco De Mayo and my older cousin and I went cause it was free. Paul Rodriguez was the host. We were hanging out about a half a block from the stage. He did his set, introduced the next act and walked off stage. We seen him walking through the crowd, walking our way, didn't really think nothing of it. He walked up to us after walking through the crowd hounding him, and just started having a conversation with us random kids, for it seemed like 30 minutes or so. Can't remember the conversation, but he became my favorite comedian from that point on. One of the nicest people I met as a child!

Love Paul! He did a comedy show in our town several years ago. He visited the radio station for interviews. He hung out with some of my co-workers outside the studios on the street corner casually having a smoke just bullshittin' with the guys. It was the coolest thing knowing that people are driving by, not realizing a celebrity is out there smoking a cigarette low key. Paul is the man!

I love my Paul. I can say he is GENUINELY the most thoughtful, caring and giving man. I use to get so tired of people leeching off of him. He never got the recognition he deserved. When I was 14 years old February 1998, 3 months shy of my 15th birthday, I bought a Paul Rodriguez cheese and macaroni cassette. Lol he was awesome, I first saw him on a comic relief VHS my mother had. And Paul was a part of it. Lol I thought he was awesome.
