I’m glad he explained how the paperwork runs in the feds. Because I went fed and nobody asked me for paperwork. But I seen if you try to join certain organizations they will ask. My point is that most of the time people don’t check it. So when everyone yelling paperwork on the internet it’s a joke to me. Because i know it was a joke in the feds.

That’s because staff won’t let you get your PSI in your property anymore. When I went to the feds in the 90s you couldn’t get on a USP yard without showing your PSI and Judgement and commitment. So many dudes was getting checced in that the feds put out a memorandum saying that you cant even have your PSI unless you have an active appeal. And even then you gotta get it from your counselor.

exactly. when i was in prison no one ever asked me for my paperwork. i kept the paper where my crimes were listed in my pocket for two weeks and nobody bothered to look at it, let alone ask me for it...then i stopped taking it to the yard etc.
