It looks like you have leaf vein chlorosis. Usually you see interveinal chlorosis and that is caused by iron deficiency. With veinal chlorosis it could be from overwatering or some type of injury to the plant. A soil test at your local extension office would help determine if it is a nutrient deficiency. I love that snake gourd! I so need to do a garden wine now! 💜
