A buddy of mine was playing the last round of a ptq for fun, but his opponent thought he was still in top 8 contention (in reality they both were playing for 9th). Guy starts trying to coerce my friend into conceding while trying to not cross the bribery line because a judge was watching the whole time. The judge was also watching my friend sit on three lethal burn spells because was enjoying the nonsense coming out of his opponent's mouth so much.

I watched Ken Krouner play in a GP trial (Ravnica/Guildpact/Dissension limited), in a terrible position during a crucial round. He was getting beat down but received a glimmer of hope when his opponent made an atrocious attack that demonstrated a lack of understanding about multiple card abilities in play. After reading multiple cards and discussing the various mistakes with the attack, and losing crucial creatures, thus giving Ken several topdecked outs for the next turn - the glimmer of hope! - the guy then paused for a second post-combat and said "I'll guess I'll just Demonfire you," X-spelling Ken out of the trial.
