Just three small points, as a native English speaker (and also teacher)! For the "I _____ chocolate cake" one, we can also say "really" as well as "do." If we want to emphasize our strong like, I would say "really." There would be strong stress on this word, as well. If we want to emphasize the contradiction, I would say "do." While this word would receive stress, it would not be said with as strong of a tone as "really" would. Next thoughts are on the "hasn't done" one. It's absolutely correct that this is technically the best answer. That being said, native speakers use "didn't do" in this context very often as well. In my opinion, if you answered it with this, you should get partial credit. Finally, I think "intentionally" is used in speech more than "deliberately," even though either would be correct.
