No way.. my neck will never be the same sitting front/2nd row all the way to the left… top 70% and yes maybe if you are going for 3-d/4-d immersion but to me that’s still gotta be within 4 seats of center and at least row 4, and for children where that’s not a big deal because all they do is look up so..
The best time to watch movies is between 8 pm to 12 am. The biggest screen is the best. And among the biggest screens, the IMAX screen is the best. In this also the last row at the top is the best. In this also the middle seat is the best. In this also, recliner seat is best instead of normal seat or sofa seat. The best among recliner seats is the Infinity Recliner or PVR Gold Recliner Seat. While doing all this, you will not get an experience like watching your favorite actor's favorite movie anywhere.
Blue 💙💙💙💙💙 The Lower Middle ones are literally the best as it covers your total field of view of eye🔥 but the upper ones can really be the deal-breaking ones even though they might be the luxurious as they'll make the screen feel a bit small and normal from the top and far, PERIOD.
Yellow last row/Blue first row are best seats in my opinion. If you sit too back(pink) someone's head obstructs your view and the screen also appears small.
Front just makes you strain your neck cuz you have to look up for 2 and a half hours and back seat rows makes it go higher and see better. So I choose back row seats
I'd go a little further down than you, Just a bit behind the middle row. That way, the screen takes up practically your whole vision, but you don't strain your neck looking up.
@@elputinlegomastery80543d is for middle row. I sat in the front row and I had to look up the whole time. Instead of just looking at the screen straight on
@@AngelBaddie The screen is so big, if you sit on the front row, you're forced to contently look up, like you're in a planetarium and the image will look a little out of proportion, due to the angle. I think the best seats are Just slightly past the middle row. May also depend on which cinema you're at. I'm talking about the proper IMAX cinemas with the correct propositions and the ability to project film.
@@jotapeeee4009 Yeah but that's not what I was getting at. It's not how close you are but how low down you are. The screen is so tall that the angle you look at the screen from will distort your view quite a bit.. Like I said though, the only IMAX I've been to, has the 15/70mm film capability, which affects the shape and size of the screen.. I haven't been to a digital-only IMAX cinema. Those screens are different.
Imax has changed so much. Its nothing like it used to be. I miss the dome theater with the imax screen more a planetarium screen. It was far more immersive.
@@damiendegrasse IMAX was originally shown in dome shaped theatres. Typically planetarium style screens. And yes it has changed since those early days. Everything changes, given time.
I watched Oppenheimer there last week, I was in row F. I'm seeing it again next week in row J. I'm curious how different it will be being further back.

@@rjmb4687 then just say it's not good for people with health issues Like dude this is like saying "this food was delicious but some people are allergic to this so it's terrible"
2000s games and the best I could have a look at this one as I have been working with me and the four of us ps in a few weeks time for the rest of your team will be the same place in the morning imax and the other two yay are going out for a couple more than you want to use the first time I get to work and I have to go to bed now a few days away from the airport to get to the office cannonbolt hot
IMAX Enhanced/surround sound sucks ass, it's too fucking loud and it's not even surround sound, it's just each different speakers getting more louder and getting more quiet. It's not even surround sound where you hear the audio move around dynamically, nope.. so *Dolby Cinema >*
A DTS-X Pro theater will kill Atoms. Try hearing things at the top of your head is useless, it's better angled down like height speakers. You can also have it blast in your ears and still have great clarity depending on your speaker power handling and amplifier eq.
@@criticalcerebral- but here's the thing, not every IMAX theater has dts:X, because DTS:X is just so amazing. I've seen people do tours of IMAX auditoriums on RU-vid and I've only seen 2 videos where the IMAX theaters have dts:x sound distributed to them and my local IMAX theater does thankfully..
