I lived in Scottsdale for 2 years. That’s almost the exact same house I lived in. Only difference was the front yard was a lawn instead of concrete. The house itself was falling apart though. The whole neighborhood looked like that. I did postmates at the time and I went through all parts of Scottsdale. It’s 50/50, I’ve delivered to houses on the mountain looking over everything and also neighborhoods built decades ago that are crumbling. Scottsdale has more ghetto than you realize.

Actually this was in fact Scottsdale - and truth is there are some parts of Scottsdale that look like Maryvale for sure! When was the last time U were in Scottsdale?

Well it's a suburb of Phoenix. Scottsdale, Glendale, Mesa, Sun City, Tempe, Peoria etc, it's all part of Phoenix. I love Scottsdale!! Scottsdale Fashion Square is the best mall in the state, the Giants, D-Backs and Rockies do spring training there, a lot of great resorts, shopping and restaurants too. Beautiful neighborhoods to look around at. There's plenty to do there!

It depends. South Scottsdale is more working and middle class homes but it's where Old Town and Scottsdale Fashion Square is too. Even the area by Tempe is nice too.

It depends what parts of Scottsdale. Not everyone has money that lives there. Not all neighborhoods in the city are like the ones Charles Barkley lives in.

Maryvale in some parts, South Phx still has some spotty areas. Downtown Phoenix you have to pay attention which street you are on due to homelessness. Also some parts of central Phx have and neighborhoods. Pretty typical for big metropolitan cities. @@whatthe5037
