Beautiful speech. My husband was not my "spec" neither was I his "spec" but our CORE VALUES are the SAME! I married him becos he is born again, loves God, lives his life according to God's principle, has a good heart, kind, generous, very loyal, 100% committed, hardworking, from a good family ( All his siblings are born again, happily married and very decent in their marriage) ,trust worthy, and loves me . As a smart babe, I threw away "spec" from my head, married him and after all these many years and children am still one of the happiest married woman alive. My husband has remained the same and we have a happy marriage. Who "spec" help?????? Tall and handsome does not give you a good marriage!!!

I was so blinded in my lately relationship. And i can't stop thanking my Jesus for saving me from that total mess... I agree Love isn't enough to settle. A man that can't be afraid to sin with you or fear God isn't the one. A man that lies his mom in front of you will do so in mariage with you! Whatever he is kind or generous or hardworking or bright or loving, as long as he does not fear the word of the Lord, he's not the one. Thanks God again. May i also behave such a way to please God and follow his rules the same way i desire my husband to be! 🙏

I didn't "love" my man but we were great friends, hangout buddies & gist partners. I wasn't emotionally, sexually & financially attracted to him but him LOVING me(he said he loved me from the first day he saw me) & ticking off the boxes of a GOOD CHRISTIAN MAN in character(a man after God's heart, kind, generous, loving, funny, playful, patient, a provider, prayerful, kind, etc) made me love him. Truthfully there were no butterflies or mushy mushy feelings in me. 3years of beings friends, we got married. He is now everything & I still wonder why my eyes weren't opened even though at times it feels like I don't love him cos of the way love is portrayed in movies. I feel I don't have any of the symptoms 😂😂 Truly you LOVE who you marry, everything is flexible & its all about what you value(a good Christian man- PEACE OF MIND) ❤🎯🎯

I will soon be married, and I can attest to all of these. I thank God for the Holy Spirit for opening my eyes to what love is and what marriage is some 3years ago. Then now He connected me to His servants who speak the truth of the word of God. Thank you Father for training both me and my husband to be.

" Love is not so much an emotional decision but rather a practical decision " This is so true because while I am walking up and down looking for one true love all my Indian friends had arranged marriages where their parents just send them pictures of different men and if they are happy within 3 months they are married. Truly they all say the same thing, that the love will come after marriage. Maybe we really need to go back to the arranged marriage practice because this looking for husband by yourself sometimes just does not work especially in this UK, where all everybody does is to work, work and work. If there is anything that I learnt in the lockdown in the UK i it s that companionship truly matters because loneliness is real. I don't care how great your life is or how much you earn at the end of the day you cannot even say I have lots of friends because they have their family as well

Hearing you speak I am comfortable ,cause I really don’t genuinely love the man am with but he loves the things of God and he is a man of full respect and he shows me respect which is projected from loving God. Am dating one awesome man and yesterday I had a conflicting thought about us and i talked to God in my house.. I used pst M direction she said just talk to God like your dad no tension no grammar so i did❤ and i told God I need some serious guidance and this video today is God speaking to me.. Looking for the one you love is dangerous because what people are actually doing is, forming deep emotional bonds. The kind that is healthy between Mother and child. This is why a Mother will always be there for their child. Now imagine being a girl and loving a boy like that. Won’t he play your head? That is a bond he didn’t deserve. Love must be an after effect of a man who has shown himself to be an effective useful compatible provider protecter, lover and leader to you.

From my personal observation, the search for "love" is NOT EXACTLY the major reason for a lot of ladies being single these days. Rather, it is CHILDHOOD TRAUMA inflicted on their persona from early childhood. Growing up in dysfunctional families where violence, sexual immorality, substance abuse and all kinds of abusive behavior is a way of life is ULTIMATELY DAMAGING to the spirit, soil and body of any child, and children raised in dysfunctional families would MOST LIKELY grow up to become BROKEN ADULTS. And as the saying goes, " it is easier to raise strong children than to mend broken adults". MAJORITY OF THE RANDOM SINGLE LADIES I'VE MET AND SPOKEN TO WERE TRAUMATIZED, AND NOT NECESSARILY LOOKING FOR "LOVE" OR "MR. RIGHT". The society is reaping the fruits of a VIOLENT, PRIMITIVE AND TOXIC/ABUSIVE CULTURE. If we have a problem with having too many single ladies around, then we should fix all aspects of our ancient culture and traditions that are TOXIC. We should also TAME OUR SONS to have appropriate behavior towards women, and STOP BEING SO EXPLICITLY LUSTFUL, POLYGAMOUS, FLIRTATIOUS AND STOP OBJECTIFYING AND DENIGRATING WOMEN, so that you can be more encouraging to be with.
