The socks honestly play a huge part in an outfit. This may sound weird but your voice and videos are so calming. It’s refreshing to see a creator that promotes classic fashion as it’s hard to come across nowadays.
* Classic men’s fashion. There are a million female creators out there who showcase vintage/vintage inspired fashion. If that’s not the type of classic you mean, there are also many women who do a more “elegant” fashion aesthetic.
Excellent video again! I’ve got an entire wardrobe of tshirts/jeans/hoodies and then a bunch of suits/dress shirts. What’s a good “in between” outfit? I want to look better for a casual run to the store.
Sorry, what is the model of the second pair of athletic shoes (Nike) ? They look so comfortable and the pattern is very unique! I have been looking to replace my old Kenzo sneakers for a while and those just look similar in style! Thanks!
Bro take a tip from mw If u are claiming yourself a fashion influencer or a style guide for people then u should know this basic thing if you are wearing a white sneakers then u should not wear dark colour socks with it
Would love a video on how you wash and take care of your linen and wool clothes. Or whatever material that isn't polyester. I think I'm ready to pull the plug on these type of materials, but I'm lazy and just toss all my clothes in the washer and dryer together. Obviously that's not how I should treat these materials but I have no idea what the right was is 😭
I have so many wool / linen clothes now that I can do a full load of them all together, so I’ve just added another sorting category on top of darks/lights. I do 30•celcius, lowest rotation setting. Dry heavy wool garments (e.g sweaters) horizontally on top of a towel on a rack. Stretch all garments into shape before hanging / drying. No tumble dryer!! Hope that helps :) but yes care label is best authority always!
I wash linen in the machine; hang it to dry on drying racks. I have a lot of linen clothes. I wash my wool and silk by hand in a wash bucket in the bathtub. Use Woolite, or a hand wash detergent, I make my own. Squeeze out the water, do not twist the fabric, lay it on a towel, rull it up like a cinnamon roll, and squeeze out as much water as possible, lay it out on a drying rack. If you have a ceiling fan put the rack under the fan; it'll dry much faster. Flip the wool or silk item as it dries. You can put the rack outside under a porch, but the close pins will leave dents in the fabric. I bought both of my drying racks from Target; the horizontal one was $16, it's great for shirts and sweaters. I would take a wool suit to the cleaners. I hang dry all of my clothes now. At first it was to cut down on electricity, now I like how the fabric feels, and it's easier to fold.
Could we get more outfits inspiration similar to the 2000s outfit you were wearing with the baggy cargos. Trying to figure out how to style baggy pants or even parachute pants
The outfit Brad Pitt wears at the end of Ocean's 13 - bone pants, gold dress shirt and gold-green blazer, and some cool shades. Then stroll away like he did. She'll think twice.
I almost exclusively wear the uniqlo color socks. Uniqlo is the only retail store I've worked at where I'll still shop there, even without the employee discount.
You mention UniQlo frequently. We have two in central Florida and I’ve been super impressed with their quality, value and super tidy stores. How about this for challenge $400 UniQlo wardrobe - with business casual, Saturday coffee, Sunday church mix and match
You missed most important thing about socks: natural fibers. Get 100% cotton socks if you want your feet to stay warm in cold, cool in summer...your feet don't sweat in cotton socks like synthetic fibers.
Hello parker, I really enjoy your content. Do you happen to know of a woman that is doing the same thing you're doing on RU-vid because sometimes I need some help. Thank you and best regards, Celita C
Ok, pls dont be offended but i have absolutely no interest in these types of videos at all. As a matter of fact i hate them but i have to say i REALLY enjoy ur vids. I have no idea why but they are really fascinating. You are enjoyable to watch and everytime i come across 1 of ur shorts i ALWAYS watch it all the way thu. So odd, anyways- thanks for the content
On that note I think you should go over undershirts and tanks under dress shirts and other shirts and why and when to where them as well as boxers, boxer briefs and briefs and with what pants and slacks they look best with for a streamlined look and to keep your suits looking nice longer. I think that lots of guys would like to know. Sometimes you see a gent in a beautiful suit with a thick line at his thigh from the wrong undergarment. Thanks.
Those no show socks when active will often slide off your heal and bunch under foot, annoying. Hence, Lambswool insoles work wonders for sweat/odour free and a no sock look.
i'm going to a winter formal with my boyfriend and i'm wearing a royal blue dress. he doesn't want to dress up to much and doesn't know what to wear. any ideas?
Socks really don’t matter (except for the color)… all socks I wear now are socks for old men that are not too tight, because my grandpa once ordered too many and they are comfortable af! Lmao
For boots try wool socks to keep from overheating! I use darn tough and wear leather boots working in a warehouse and I never overheat even in the summer.
Hey can you tell us how to choose a tie , my brother's wedding is in a few days and I have the same suit as your shirt color from the start of the video , would appreciate it a lot if you tell us!
in the goth scene its often joked that underneath the big black boots hides cute socks! and its often true. i find underneath my big spikey platform boots, im often wearing ghibli socks. even though theyre completely hidden, it feels like a fun secret treasure. whimsy that doesnt interfere with your outfit
@@karlrichardson79 yeah it’s from ID back in like 2017. I got a pair that has that blue and silver embroidery pattern all over with a matching blue swoosh and gum bottoms. Leather sock liner. Threw timberland style boot laces in to match the gum sole and break up the blue and silver pattern. Fav air max’s I have 💯💯. The production date on mine are 7/18/17 so sometime around then. Don’t know how long that pattern was an available option though. I rem when I got them I realized the materials were fire so I went to make another pair and the AM1 ID option was already gone from the app so either I got mine just at the end, and/or it was just up briefly.
