​@@TylynGaming Might as well riot now. They missed two Smash Games to iterate Sonic Advance series, Sonic Battle, Sonic Adventure 2, and more of Sonic the Fighters.

The Wild Rush attack from Frontiers would make a great Up B for Sonic that would fit well with his intended playstyle.

@@yaboihuey5298 to be fair though, his moveset has only changed minorly with the down smash and dash attack from ultimate being the only ones to my knowledge. Besides that it basically never changed officially since brawl, over 10 years ago, they could have done some changes that were less generic ultimate is still a good game though

@@behindthemike2174 It’s not about canon power. It’s the fact that they’re not accurate to their source material, or have such a blatantly lazy design that it hurts. For example: Ganondorf. A character with so much source material to pull from, but he’s still just slow Captain Falcon after 4 fucking games.

@@JosepiThe13th Fun Fact: Sakurai said that he never planed to have Ganon be in Smash at all, the only reason why he's here is because his model matched Falcon. In other words without Falcon, Ganon would never be playable in Smash in general. Why, because Ganon fights in the Zelda series are not very well designed compared to the other Nintendo Villains like Bowser and K rool. Making Ganon a one to one translation would actually be less interesting when what we have and thats saying a lot. However he does represent the most important part of Zelda. Ganon has the Triforce of Power, so in Smash he has a powerful moveset. The downside is that all he has, meaning you can't afford to make a mistake when playing Ganon.

The up smash is also originally from Sonic Battle actually. The move is called Sonic Up Draft.

Not to be controversial but to be controversial, I feel like bringing everyone back was the wrong call. Were Wii Fit, Duck Hunt, Corrin, and the Ice Climbers really worth it to bring back over what could've been for Link, Sonic, and Kirby.

@@crazycap2945 although I don't agree I can see the sentiment of adding three links to complete same move set only with little differences to them can be a little bit annoying to deal with when some of the characters are complete dog shit

this was two months ago but my opinion has changed now, at this point its just Sakurai bc after the DLC left me and many other fans feeling like it was so lackluster and anticlimactic nintendo needs to let Sakurai go bc he is the director after all
