Yes, but it does affect more men. 😢 I know because both my grandfathers died from this. And my father is suffering from heart enlargement due to stress. 💔💔💔
Thanks for the good words. One important factor often overlooked is the genetic factor particularly for people of south Asian origin. Unfortunately artery blockage might happen despite very good diet and lifestyle. BUT, get an early handle on those, get on the medication if needed, and keep an active lifestyle reducing stress in your life. Heart disease is very treatable these days if you take control of it early. You never have to stop enjoying life.

She's suffering from long covid and i am facing same thing since last 2 years, covid has disturbed immunity system of a lot of people and causing microclotting and inflammation of vital organs, sadly no Indian doctor is accepting effect of long covid and and we are left to die

Sudden Heart attacks are such a big alarming issue nowadays. Its not discriminating based on age, gym or gender. Its high time we care for our body the way it deserves, instead of other pretentious/unnecessary reasons.

Absolutely....n when she says 'Women...it's not a man thing'....you compromise with the beneficial hormones given to you by nature that protect you against heart ailments till at least menopause....by going overboard with smoking, drugs and alcohol ....an then you give your your silly verdict....I won't call her wise .
Always loved her cos she was humble she took on others kids and she spoke polite of all and herself no nose in air like other pageants and actresses . Plus she was damn stunning .

I'm 44 years. I'm not a smoker. Never consumed alcohol in my life. 95% Will consume vegetarian food in a year. I also have 97% of block in my main artery. But I don't go the gym because I prefer to walk eventhough going for a walk doesn't help much. Would you like to comment anything on this?🙂 The pain is not the same for everyone.

gym could be very dangerous if you have excessive plaque in your arteries. get a cardiac calcium test and stress test from a cardiologist before proceeding. this is why many young people die in the gym. god bless u
She smoke, drink, had indiscipline life style and slept with everyone from Lalit Modi to Wasim Akaram Pakistani etc ...those r d major culprit of her heart blockage. I don’t think she is a spiritual person since she has criticized recently Ram Temple! 😊
