If Tae had seen him like that , it would have been normal for above-mentioned reasons but it was not okay with army.( Just in case, I believe in Taekook )
When i watched the vlive yesterday i felt so uncomfortable and awkward and i dont know why. Tae and Kook are known to be partners in crime since then and seeing them in one frame maintaining their composure and fun within them is just heartbreaking. Please let them be 😢🙏
IKR!! im so fuckin mad. Im tired of these staff telling them what to do or what to not do. Like leave them living their fuckin life. Why should they control them 24/7?? They can be free and being themselves. Its ok being professional but this is too much. They are humans and they have rights too. I get why kpop idols are so tired or mentally stressed.
Rebellious tae is a mood. It almost felt to me he was annoyed that they were there so he kept asking questions that he probably didnt need to ask just to be a little defiant and naughty.

I think there was like one staff in the other lives and they did pretty much nothing, but for taekook there was at least 3 staff I think. It definitely felt like they were kind of controlled the whole time. Like they were treated as kids who needed to be monitored or something....

Tbh i think he is right to do so. I feel him. Like anybody would act like him. Its stressfull being sorrounded by people who tells u 24/7 what u can do and what u cannot do. I was ecstatic seeing Taekook doing a Vlive together, but also utterly heartbroken seeing how controlled and monitored they were. I joined the fandom in 2014 and can't help but reminisce about those "good old days" when there wasn’t this much staff hovering over Taekook. I used to wonder why BigHit didn't chose a better strategy dealing with this. Why not just show JK & Tae interact like “normal” human beings? That would surely demystify the whole thing. If nothing is going on, then what’s the harm in Taekook hanging out alone, chilling and having fun like “normal” bandmates? After seeing this Vlive, I realize they CAN’T. The company can’t give us that “normal, chill footage” and the boys can’t not be on guard around each other. It just isn’t a possibility. That’s why they had their hands full with making the carnations, because by having something to focus on, they are more likely to remove attention from each other. Having Taekook on-cam sitting there and just talking to each other freely, focusing only on one another for one whole hour, just wasn’t a possibility. Someone said this Vlive proves Taekook isn't romantically involved, since there wasn't any sexual tension, romantic vibe, etc. But looking at it logically, this Vlive proves exactly why Taekook isn't like any other duo in BTS. It isn't normal to be awkward or on guard around your bandmate and friend, who you've known for almost a decade. None of the other members are. And Taekook is evidently on guard. There's too much weird tension there, too much carefullness, too much thinking of what to say and how to sit, act, look at each other or avoid looking at each other. It’s like they’re holding their breath all the time. Like the tension/emotions almost have a physical presence. Some would say "oh, it's a Harry and Louis type of situation, they’re awkward around each other because the shipping has made them uncomfortable”, but this isn’t what being uncomfortable with a ship looks like. This is something entirely different. People need to stop claiming that BTS is uncomfortable with ships, when they’ve clearly shown otherwise. We see Yoongi & Hobi referring to themselves as “Sope” all the time. We see Jimin being touchy and “lovey-dovey” with JK and Tae. We see Jin & Namjoon joking how they’re the married parents. We see the maknae line being the biggest trolls (in the best way possible) when it comes to ship wars. They know about it, of course they do. And they continuously play along and make fun of the whole situation. For instance at the concert in November when Tae pushed JK towards Jimin so that he could serenade him, but then Tae grabbed JK’s arm and turned him towards himself so that JK would sing to him instead. And Jimin went and stood between them and looked angry, and Tae just went like “yay, I’ve won”. Those kind of things just show that they know about the ships and play along. They joke around and are more than fine with it. And then there’s Tae’s “get out of your imagination” comment, which people claim is him ending Taekook. But why do they purposely ignore how Tae & JK have acted since then? If Tae legit wanted people to stop shipping them, well… he hasn’t done a good job with keeping that consistency and hasn’t backed that statement up. After the comment we’ve seen Tae & JK being closer than ever, more open and not really keeping their distance. We’ve seen Tae writing on Weverse that JK is sleeping next to him. This doesn’t have to mean anything in itself; it could just mean that JK was sleeping next to him in a dressing room. But Tae isn’t stupid. He knows very well what kind of attention a comment like that will generate and how it can be interpreted. And he’s fine with that. If he wasn’t, he wouldn’t have written it. Even in this Vlive, you see them saying “Taekook” multiple times. They’re fine with ships. Bottom line, I feel like Taekook is the worst kept secret in the kpop industry. The K-media knows (Dispatch in particular), the companies know, the other idols know. It's kind of a "don't ask, don't tell" situation. I just hope they boys are happy off-cam and behind closed doors, whatever their relationship might be, because seeing them this monitored and on edge is just heartbreaking, in my opinion.

Taekook’s live didn’t feel like a live they could enjoy and express themselves in. I found it really sad that they had to act like strangers to each other on most parts of the live and I found it sad that taekook had to ask permission for everything they did or get told what to do so often in the live by what almost seemed like one thousand staff members. I feel like the staff where probably telling them to act like they haven’t seen each other for ages... I really just wonder why the staff where included in the live so often while literally In every other members lives the staffs don’t even interact much with them at all and everything is good and nOrMal. I honestly feel like we got fed with taekook good recently because big hit probably is starting to notice how suspicious it is that taekook is never really together at all, while everyone else can, so now they have no choice but to bring taekook spotlight but on their (staff’s)decision and give them reasons to be together with assigned activities to make it less risky of anything exposing really happening. Yeah, i agree, I was so confused on why I could really notice staff (like didn’t they even talk enough that I could hear them? I was so confused since I never hear staff). It was like Taekook were either trying to make it obvious that they were not alone, there were a lot of staff, or the staff were just feeling talkative today. I questioned a lot of the things Taekook said as like they didn’t live with 5 other members constantly. I was confused why it seemed they didn’t know anything about what eachother was doing, but I was trying to not be so skeptical and tried to think maybe it was introduce what they have been doing to army’s. This whole vlive was suspicious, but I loved the Taekook vlive and loved the cute interactions they still sneak in.

You give me anxiety yes I had that type of feeling that taekook where trying to make it obvious that staff was there probably to let us know that they ARE being watched and this IS NOT a normal live they would be interacting too normally in. And if this was really was the actual case, then I’m kinda relieved to know this isn’t how they would actually be if alone together without staff. I think of it as a possibility only just like any other ship (only because they haven’t told us themselves) and from the very second that live started it was awkward as HELL. Usually the members just talk about what they’ve been doing to the camera or nothing but these two started literally interviewing each other because they didn’t know how else to start it, then Tae kept looking silently at the staff *constantly*, also as she mentioned he was acting very bored and almost uncooperative with the task, and their inside jokes were ridiculously obvious since JK was the first one to say “it’s fun“ and then later they explained the line as if it was the first time which didn’t make any sense at all, including the part she showed where Tae talked about making a song for his dad and asking JK if he knew about it. I stayed up late in my time zone to watch it, without much shipping expectations, and it was STRANGE. Even though they were making flowers I kept trying to figure out what the hell was going on.
Since I stayed up very late I thought I wasn’t following their conversation well but then when I woke to the storm of taekook celebrations I re-watched those parts and realized it was indeed still extremely confusing. Almost like watching two best friends using glances and gestures known only to them as well as the countless number of inside jokes and references to things they obviously share with each other and none of us fit in to the friend group 😂
The entire live I could feel an awkward tension which is so unlike Taekook, since they're always very playful and fun. But it seemed like they were asked to be kept in check and thus they were calculating what to say and what to do. Perhaps this is the most awkward and disoriented I've seen them.
I'd like to personally thank the BH staff in this Vlive for making Taekook even more obvious.😁😜🤣 Taekookers can always rely on BH staff to make Taekook more visible, if not by separating them, then by making their actions so controlled that it ends up making Taekook look even more real.😌🙏🏼

The staff was treating them as kids basically, not leaving them alone. But they had their sweet moments together anyway 😁 But I get why JK would have put in the lyrics something like "I can't hold ya, and yes you know yes you know". How wonderful would it be to live in a world where people could date whomever they want and not facing hardships. And the whole "idols can't date" thing is just cruel and unnecessary.
The idols can't date thing doesn't exist, it's against the law to forbid them . That rule only applies to trainees. Plus there's a lot of idols who have boyfriends/girlfriends. Others don't go public about it because there are fans that will stop stanning and lose interest because their fantasy of dating them got broken

Every company needs to earn money for what they are doing. They train and support idols, put lots of effort and money into them to make them big on stage. So it may be a strategy to gain more fans. Fans who are in love with their idols will mostly buy as much merch and stuff as they can afford. There is nothing bad about it. But when an idol is in a relationship it should be possible to show that and not try to hide it. Even if they are idols.. They are human in the first place. Sorry, my english is not the best. Omg...same I was feeling depressed and I was crying...so I just took my phn in my hand to see some healing videos to control my depression..but unlocked my phn and found about their vlive... As I found them I cried even more as I felt it was released at that most correct moment for me to help me cope up with my depression...and at that time I couldn't be more happier...at that time it almost felt like a miracle to me...
Yeah, it was awkward and staff kinda "controlled" some of their actions, but at least they gave us Taekook 😅 I would rather have Taekook under supervision than no Taekook at all~
I've always felt during the live that they were subtly looking for approval from the staff if what they're doing/saying is okay. That part where JK also had to formally ask what Tae was up to these days , and they got awkward and laughed made it look more unnatural like they were following a script? Idk tho.
Taehyung seemed so pissed off while looking at the staff in certain moments. Anyway, the fact that they had to continuously check if the staff was ok with what they were doing (unlike any other unit) really makes it obvious.

Wow....I am glad you mentioned how they kept on consulting the staff behind the scene. During the Live, I kept thinking, whether it was just me feeling it. They would laugh at something and then look at the staff immediately to make sure everything was okay. Also, they began the Live by seating so far apart, none of the other units did that. It was very very clear, that all of their actions were very closely regulated. These actions make the whole thing more suspicious. Also it was quite clear that they were trying really hard to not say something that would give away how close they were. But saying that I am so extremely happy that we got so much content. And I REALLY REALLY HOPE WE GET MORE.

If you rewatch the video from the start Jk started by saying "Today...." then Tae cut him "We can't be friends" then Jk laughed a bit and did a save by ignoring this comment from Tae and refocusing by saying "Today is Children's Day"... I think they were given so many warnings and restrictions before starting the Vlive and this thoroughly pissed Tae off hence his first comment was "Today we can't be friends" (I mean what an out of place and odd thing to say right?) And the whole Vlive was just that vibe of Tae being pissed off (not at Jk of course) but at the staff and Jk trying to deflect and ease the tension. Huhu my heart breaks for them sometimes. Tae also mentioned that after the vlive he will have a meeting. BH really controling them and I think its for their own good knowing that they are the most powerful couple in Korea and us Taekookers. Tengo sentimientos encontrados, porque sinceramente, nunca imaginé que los dejarían hacer una "v live" juntos, a decir verdad perdí las esperanzas, sin embargo ¿Soy la única que sintió la tensión? Jungkook y Taehyung independientemente de si son pareja o no, suelen ser cariñosos el uno con el otro y ni hablar de Tae, quien es mucho más juguetón con todos los miembros, aquí los dos se veían como si debieran interpretar un papel. Sentí pena, no es justo que intenten controlarlos para todo, antes que cualquier shipp, ellos son como familia, todos lo han dicho y es natural actuar de una forma más cercana, no obstante, los chicos se veían la mayor parte del tiempo incómodos, su lenguaje corporal estaba algo rígido y las constantes caras de Taehyung para dirigirse al Staff, me rompió el corazón y tal vez piensen que soy una maldita exagerada, pero esto no es normal, con los demás miembros casi ni se menten en sus decisiones, pero aquí, me daba la impresión de que robaban oxígeno. Por empezar, cuando lo ví m pareció q ningúno d los dos querían hacer ese tipo d actividad en especial Tae porque la verdad Tae esperaba hacer otra cosa q ambos disfrutarán.. This v-live exposes so much, as far as the staff and that’s probably why they don’t do lives with just each other. Must be so tiring for them to be on eggshells the whole live and being told to stop doing stuff the whole live. You can really tell tae was getting annoyed and jk seemed like he was scared to look at tae half the time cause of whatever was happening behind the camera.

And trust me, they don't need to protest openly to show their attitude. Tae casually askes staffs a couple of questions (to show that staffs are there and bring them into the party, because why not? You want to supervise us while acting invisible? Nope, lemme show our fans the fact we have to ask certain permissons to do some basic stuff) , or folds his arms, looks at the staffs while holding the eye contact for a certain time that is enough to show somewhat like "I am simply not fond of being watched like we are prisoners." You can tell his mischievous attitude with the smirk. Tae doesn't need to do much to point out "there are people here" to let you know they are not in their comfort doing this Vlive. Simple, yet effective. Put aside something romantic actually going on between Taekook, why you have to watch carefully every single interaction between two friends who are not-close-anymore doing their Vlive? Let them alone, and their "awkwardness" will shine even brighter don't you think? (And we Taekookers have no one to blame for their "distantness" this time, right?) Or you are afraid that everything but "awkwardness" will show up instead? Bighit does make our guys obey some rules here, in a strict way. They are there to make sure Taekook's interaction yells "We are distant, nothing else special", instead of forcing Taekook to do fanservice (which "makes them uncomfortable because they already drifted apart", according to some arrogant assumptions). After this ridiculous vlive, let's hope management realizes how incredibly awkward they made it by being in the room. Taekook hadn't done a vlive in forever as it was, but how do the guys get into a natural rhythm when every movement is monitored? I'm happy Tae threw it back at them a few times with pointed questions and some definite attitude. What I found funny during the live is how someone commented “if Taekook is real, put your hands together.” then Tae said the heart thing and Tae and Jk put their hands together to make a heart. The comment was in English and ofc the comments go like 50 mph so it’s not likely that he saw and responded to that comment but it was a funny coincidence that I laughed at during the live
You´re so true, Bahare ! I have the same feeling : they're doing a "controled" Taekook live, and Taehyung , a master of facial expressions, revelead it for us. He asked the staff every single thing he/they could do or not... JK also showed a kind of boring expression, kind of saying "folks, we´re much more than this".
