Some restaurants have you write down the list of dim sum dishes you want to eat by yourself, some restaurants have staff to write down the names of the dishes you choose on the menu. And some restaurants will make it fresh and leave it waiting for customers to choose to eat by themselves.

Hi Anurak Yes we have seen that also but we cannot read Thai so we always go to the fridge and choose our own 555

@@danny_and_diggy If you pick it up from the fridge like this, most of it won't taste good. Because the food is not soft, when it was heated, the water that should be inside keeps it moist. will evaporate completely.

Hi Danny, I hope you don't take offense by that traffic police ( ตำรวจ = police, จราจร = traffic ) called you "good boy". I think he meant to say good bye, but it came out as good boy instead. I do like Dim Sum 😋D & D. How about doing a Thai cooking course? That would make an interesting vlog 🤣🤣🤣. I guess the dilemma is if you want to go off piste and find more local eateries then you need to use a motorbike with all the other issues that brings? Cheers John

Yeah cooking lesson is already planned for the low season when weather is bad and you cannot really explore that much 😉 Yeah you do need a motorbike in Phuket otherwise you will stuck eating overpriced farang food 🫣😜😊

There is no location of this place on Google maps unfortunately. This place is in Chalong by the main road going in the middle of the island. There is also Villa market on that road to help you find it.
