God makes it known that the devil is an actual entity who not omnipresent like God because only God is omnipresent. The devil hates us because God loves us. He was the first to be corrupted by sin and he is the tempter of man accompanied by the fallen angels he tempted to disobey God with him.

I am reading The Bible straight through. First thing I can say is that it's very confusing. I just started the Book of Job and there hasn't been much Satan talk in the books before that one. I also notice it seems like there are a few bad things are referred to as a "Satan". One thing that stands out in Job is when Satan tells God he has been "walking to and fro up and down the Earth" and it made me think about the time in which believe that book was written and how little we really know about traveling. It's the same with God. He has several different names depending on where you read and several things are credited to the Lord being present. There are so many authors I never expected it not to be a little confusing but I am grateful for RU-vid and the videos I find on here that help explain things I might not completely grasp. There is so much we think we know but I couldn't believe all the things I have never heard about since I have been reading this book. Even if someone doesn't believe in God, I encourage you to read this book. It's literally the coolest, most fascinating book I have ever had the pleasure of reading and I can really get lost in some of the stories and lose track of time researching and reading. I have a lot of books left to read including removed books. I wanna read it all. Enoch and Jubilees are the only removed books I have read so far. I do hope as I get further into The Bible I will learn more about Satan and his craziness. What happens to Job to test his faith toward God is downright mean but it makes sense I guess since he is trying to prove God wrong and claim Job would turn away from him but it's still awful to hear what Satan put Job through. I love the way this book is written though. Some of it is like beautiful poetry. I am looking forward to the next 2 books, Psalms and Proverbs. They are 2 I have heard quoted my entire life from many persons and I am excited to read them in their entirety. Anyhoo, supposedly Satan is an angel that rebelled and his name is actually Samael but I read that online and not in the Bible. It's hard for me to know what is accurate and what isn't considering The Bible has been translated so many times and altered so I take everything with a grain of salt since I don't know what man changed.

In the "old testament" Satan is definetely God's servant. He has no agency outside of God, therefore the entire Christian Testament is false EVERY TIME it speaks of Le Satan. Learn Hebrew, ask an Orthodox Jew. Reject JeZeus and follow God.

Respectfully, I got to strongly disagree with what you claim the Bible actually says about Satan and your light assessment on him. There’s a bunch of scripture from the old and New Testament you neglected to mention that would give more information to Satans character and identity. Which I believe led you to paint a sympathetic picture for Satan. Instead of him being a villain and an enemy of God (which he is), he’s just the accuser in God’s court. There’s so much more to this. I believe you missed it!

I hope Infographics does a video on the history of Adam and Eve. I mean what happened to them? After the banishment from Eden. After Cain and Abel incident? Did they separate or did stay together until the end?

The woman giving birth to the Male child in Revelation is not Mary, but she represents Israel. The sun, the moon, and the twelve stars she is crowned with is also told in Genesis when Joseph had a dream about the same sun, moon, and twelve stars. He said the stars represent him and his eleven brothers. The moon his mother. And the sun his father (Jacob, or Israel). The woman is not Mary, but the nation of Israel.

So you are telling me that Jesus physically spoke and received a physical response from satan although satan is not a person but a representation of evil ? so in other words Jesus was deluded in making conversations with his consciousness ? yet receiving replies ? not every thing is spiritual. Already there's false information, it never says he transformed himself. It never even says that satan is the serpent. They just mention the serpent without much background.

The Bible is clear that Satan is a literal being. “And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.” Revelation 12:7 One of many scriptures that describe Satan and his angels as literal enemies of God. It uses symbolism to describe a literal event. Just because the Bible uses a lot of symbolism doesn’t mean its not literal. Especially considering all the recent archaeological evidence that supports biblical history.

It's another way of saying that if you aren't aware of the possibility of sin, then you will almost certainly sin. It's probably the greatest possible way to unknow yourself, or be tricked as it were.

Why commenting on the scriptures when you think it's myths. The book is Job is Historical and the bible also says that (Jeremiah and Ezekiel). Satan doesn't work with G-d as you say but is rather an enemy of G-d (Isaiah). It's clear that he was allowed to appear before the majesty as seen in the bible. As for isl-am, Satan is Al-lah.

WOW, I don't know. Jesus certainly personified Satan in his scathing rebuke to the religious leaders of the day. Who or what is it then that "roams around the world seeking whom he may devour? Okay that's not true. After the flood of Noah there was no real definitive religion for worshipping God during the Tower of Babylon the religion that was practice was Zoroastrianism and through the centuries it evolved and changed it wasn't until God made his covenant with mankind through Abraham that Hebrewism was starting to be come the real religion of worshipping the one true God that's why it's known as the old covenant.
