The Postman and Waterworld are on the list of my top 20 movies to watch when I'm all achy and under the weather from arthritis issues. They just distract me from my pain and help me relax for some reason and I love the stories. I've watched them many times.

A true masterpiece it reinvigorated Romantic epics and Westerns in the 90s and we got Last of the Mohicans,Unforgiven,Tombstone,Braveheart,Gladiator etc. .John Barry's amazing OST elevates the movie.

Wind In His Hair was hot in Dances with Wolves. Epic cheek bones and strong, muscular body. Loved the natural and expert way he could ride a horse.

Some awesome actors there. Its ashamed nathan chasing his horse chose the wrong road as an adult. It finally caught up with him. They call it karma.

That movie wouldnt have been successful the way it is without Rodney Grant.he nailed his role as usual.and dont make me start talking about his beauty

Another film I loved......where native Americans were portrayed in a positive light.....& happened to take in a white man....was 'Little Big Man' ( 1970 ).....directed by Arthur Penn. Kind of a western-comedy.....it starred Dustin Hoffman, Chief Dan George, Faye Dunaway & Richard Mulligan.

Costner wanted Marlon Brando for the role of the deranged Major...that would've been epic but I think Brando turned it down because of financial issues or they could not pay him that much because of restrained budget

We first fell in love with Graham Greene (the Oneida one) when we saw him on Northern Exposure. He was funny and very "unIndian"in that role. We followed him for decades since. It doesn't matter what he does, he is always great. Tantoo Cardinale as well. Into the West I have watched on RU-vid at least 5 times. It is a great telling of a tale as seen by two perspectives. If it is still up, I will watch it again. I thought "Shops at Kmart" as we refer to her was terribly miscast. TwoSocks was terrific. Nathan chasing Horse, who was wonderful as a kid but is now on trial for sex trafficking, drug crimes and more is a sad tale. The other boy has gone on to perform widely and is a really good actor and a "hunk". Then, of course there is Floyd Red Crow Westerman. We knew him through the music festivals held here in Oakland to fund the AIFI film festival. We hope some day there will be tons of movies made by Native people and the wonderful stories they have yet to tell. I hope someday to see the story of Kamehameha the Great on screen. The Hawaiians have some amazing stories, traditional and contemporary and I hope they will regain their place in the world and are vindicated as they are a sovereign nation taken over by the US in 1893

Dances with wolves is a magnificent movie. We could live more ecologically like the natives of North America or indigenous populations take care of our natural world 🌎 instead of pulling the planet by profit making!

I hate the narrator of this video's voice and the way it drags out the last words if every seeentaaaaaance. Give it a reeeeeeeesssst!

Stands with a Fist...Why did she never brush her hair. Natives always take great care of their hair, if she is portrayed to live amongst Natives, she should have been taught to take care of her hair, instead she looked like a hippie.

You included robinhood, are you kidding, it’s not only one of his worst movies, it’s one of the worst movies. Period.
