To be a good dunker you gotta work on it.Over and over and over and over.Core strength,running stairs,calf raises and practice,practice,practice DUNKING. Like a 3 points shooter shoots thousands of shots in practice do the same. Get that gather str8 and know your spots. Work on your moves to get to those spots. When you know your spots and can get to them, You become unstopable. There is a difference between dunking and being able to RISE UP in game and catch bodies...
Dont skip arm day Matt, them arms have no curves to them, straight up and down tricep - like a thin girl’s arm (damn thats cold). Gotta graduate from the 70lb dumbbells to the 90lb ones sunnn 🌞..legs work ok from ur jumps, u barely make a lot of dunks that require more height, work on that too. But yea, 80 & 90lb dumbbells for 10reps , 3 sets LETS GO BOI. Also the bicep is a lil small these days , move up to the 50’s and 60’s (dumbbells) doing them at the same time seated inclined bench at 45-60drgree angle 📐like ur doing incline bench/fly’s , but we’re doing seated at the same time dumbbell curls warm up with the 40-45lbs, then next set with the 50’s&65’s. U gotta stop using the 40-45lb db on heavy day, thats light day.

Matt, you got serious bunnies. You are a heck of a dunker, especially for your height. But, there are levels to this shii, and chris on a whole another level. I am 39, and I can still dunk 1 handed on 10. Nothing spectacular, but I can get the ball to go. In my 20s, I could 2 hand backwards dunk, and I could 1 hand tomahawk slam. The point I am making is, I could never do any of the crazy dunks that other guys could, but I could catch allies, and I could slam it home if I managed to get a step in the paint. That is the type dunker you are, but better than me. Chris, he is on a whole another level tho.. edit: dont say the Lord's name in vein. Not a good look, and Christ doesn't appreciate it..
