Really wanted to hear more about Almgren. Most impressive runner to me here with IAAF marks for everything from 100m to half marathon, with a 1:45 800m and 59:23 half. Now a 26:52!!

I've watched you guys since I saw all of you at the 2019 NCAA Indoor Championship in Birmingham. Gordon Mac. won both the 3,ooo & the 5,ooo. Mr. Beamish (current world indoor champ) won the mile. OAC has 3 or 4 runner who've run 3:47 or faster in the mile. If Jacob doesn't witn the Olympic 1500 this year, I'm pulling for you guys. Dathan had done a Hell of a job along with all you guys. Looking forward to seeing Ollie & Jacob race again.

Megan Keith got a gold medal in the relay at Junior World Champs in orienteering just a few years ago, and has been a beast at cross country for a while, her track progression has been rapid, maybe because she’s an aerobic beast but needed to make the transition to making the most of that motor on the track?

The NAZ coach takes inspiration from one of the best coaches in the world (Mike smith) and you guys imply he’s just a copycat, but if he were to give his guys some ridiculous training that no one has ever seen before then he’d be clowned on too. So what is he supposed to do? Big fan of the pod and I’m not trying to sound super charged w this comment but I’m genuinely curious on your take here.
