Great video, I havent seen an English video covering Gignac's career in Tigres, and what he's done! He made history in the Mexico league, and is now a legend in Tigres. Top scorer of all time, he didnt just made history with his team, but the whole Mexican League. He is one of the top 10 scorers of liga mx of all time! and is still going, he's a beast the definition of a full fledge striker.

Andre-Pierre Gignac has been my favorite football player since he arrived to Mexico. When he left Marseille from Ligue 1 in the 14/15 season he was 2nd top scorer under Lacazette and above Zlatan and Cavani. I knew he was going to kick ass in Mexico. I thought like most he just came over for a pay check but I was wrong. He embraced the Mexican culture and it's people. He earned even more respect from me and the people. He's fun to watch on the pitch and entertaining to watch on interviews. I truly believe that if he was in the starting line up of the 2016 Euros, France would have won. No doubt in my mind! People say "oh i remember he missed". He did MORE in 10mins than what olivier giroud and the whole team couldn't do in 80mins. Gignac THANKS for all you've done in La Liga MX and in Mexico! Much love and respect!

People always believe that Liga Mx is weak compared the leagues in Argentina and Brazil. I DISAGREE! Mexican league is on par with them. In fact, when copa libertadores invited Mexican teams to participate. Three of Mexico’s best had made it to the finals! Them being: Cruz Azul Tigres Chivas And Chivas is known for being the only team in the league to have pure Mexican players!

As someone who lives in Monterrey and supports Tigres, Gignac has been the best thing to happen to the club! We've gone so far thanks to him, won many finals, reached the Libertadores and Clubs World Cup final (which we both lost unfortunately but damn it's still a lot to be able to be in the finals of those cups!). He literally made history and has created a legacy that will last forever, he is officially the best player Tigres has had with the most goals, and many perhaps may not agree with me but he is definitely the best player in the Mexican league. I'm a Necaxa fan but I enjoy Gignac. I'm still shook 7 years later that a player from Europe would play in Liga MX. When Gignac joined, the international popularity of Liga MX exploded. 😄😁

Ever since more and more youngsters from the league started coming up, i look foward to watching games, especially because theyre the future of the Mexican national squad some day. Since the world cup, i randomly followed someone called Herrera just because he played for the U18 squad of mexico, and now he plays on the main squad of Atlas.

@@marioelburro1492 Mexico used to be a leading world power in the youth categories.. lately it seems the federación/league stopped putting as much effort and importance to their youth academies and development.

American OM fan, when APG announced he signed with Tigres I was stunned, but happy that I could watch him on TV! He's been a joy to watch. I just wish his games weren't always somewhere between 9-11 pm at night EST. Really wish we got the APG/Messi match up .
