What the heck is a CHIQ TV? 

I have a ChiQ u43q5t for my PS4 Pro, wow, this tv is amazing! perfect for gaming and netflix. 😍

I recently bought the 40 inches 4K Android model with Netflix & RU-vid buttons preset. Pretty decent sound on it , picture is fairly good too. But you must make sure you are facing the tv dead on as i noticed that the screen looks all washed out if you’re watching on the extreme right or left side. Also the colours are slightly off with the flesh tone having a bit of an awful red tinge. I tried to fiddle with the hue option but it still annoying ... it’s the first thing I noticed when I turned it on. Also every time you want to use settings there is an annoying navigation click sound that you cannot turn off. I tried to pair it with my Sonos speaker but the Sonos did not recognise the Chiq remote so I have to use an old Sony remote to control my soundbar. Last of all the Amazon Prime app keeps turning itself off when I try to navigate on it. Apart from all these minor glitches it is still pretty reasonably priced....less than $500 Australian. I must say that I have an old Polaroid tv & the colours on it are way better.....

I just bought the 43" 4k smart TV version for $398, I don't actually use the smart features because I have it hooked up to my PC which deals with all of that, it has a PC connection, but it's an old school VGA plug, so I've used HDMI to allow a 4k signal. For the price, I really can't complain, the picture quality is good, though the colour does wash out if you're watching from too much of an angle.

So is the TV worth the money? Because kogan is sooooo crap the internet didn't even work it was so slow and pictures were spotty

hi Can anyone tell me how to disable the android tv notification pop up on the Chiq TV for every 5-10 seconds. the pop up comes back for 5 -10 seconds always which makes me hard to watch the scree. does anyone have this issue ? or just me ? please help me

For the people who use the nedia player, If the files on a USB stick or a portable hardrive dont show up one day than just unplug the TV from the power port for 10 seconds and the problem will be fixed...

So how has your experience been so far ? does it have Netflix and You Tube ? and I also heard it's slow when browsing... any information would be great since i'll be buying one real soon...
